"Yes. I'm sure. With what just happened. There is no way you're going back." He had a worried face. "Let's just get my car and go home."
Seth sighed. "Fine…" He stood up and looked towards Hiro. "Are you feeling better then?"
He nods and stands up "I feel much better." he smiled widely "Let's go."
Seth walked out of the school and stretched his arms and wings. Then he shook his body and his wings shuddered as well, shedding a couple black and red feathers. He turned around and saw them. "Oops!" He leaned down and started gathering them up.
"I'm not looking down this time''
Seth looked at him and gave a small smile. "That is perfectly fine. I would prefer you nice and calm…"
Hiro pouts "I-I just don't like height is all…" he crossed his arms
Seth tilted his head. "I can understand." He looked down at the feathers in his hands then holds them out to Hiro. "I'm going to need you to hold these though please so I can carry you."
"O-Ok…" he takes the feathers confused on why he picked them up "Why are you keeping these anyways?" He looked at Seth them back down to the feathers
Seth picked up Hiro. "Close your eyes. I'll explain during the flight ok?" He spread his wings wide and prepared to push against gravity.
He closed his eyes "You're not fighting. Understand? I don't want you getting hurt." He was worried about Seth. He didn't want to see any harm done to him
Seth sighed as he launched into the air. "Don't worry. If you are that much against it, I won't. Anyways, about the feathers, Demon feathers are a very potent toxin, and if they're allowed to decompose into the earth, it could ruin that land for years. That's why I keep them picked up."
"That's so kind" He laughed "I'm glad you care about the eath so much." he had a small smile on his face."And thank you. I just don't want anyone or even you hurt…i know i can't stop everyone, But I can stop you."
Seth was leveling out, the park getting closer fast. "I understand…" He dropped down next to Hiro's car. "Whoo! I haven't stretched my wings like that in forever!" He rolled his shoulders, his wings shuddering as they closed.
"You seem happier than earlier" he laughed and fixed his hair. "seemed like you just needed something to eat and exercise am I right?"
Seth set Hiro down, shrugging. "I guess so…?" He tipped head, curious as Hiro fixed his hair. He looked away before Hiro could notice though. "How far away do you live anyway?"
"Not that far actually. Just down the road. We should get going." He sighed when his hair kept poofing up "And so I can fix my hair. This'll get annoying"
Seth looked at his hair again. It was poofy… It looked soft too. He reached out and stroked it without thinking. It was so soft!!! He made a happy, animalistic burbling noise as he got closer and played with it, a goofy grin on his face.
Hiro blushed but smile. He moved his head into Seth's hand. He laughrd after a while "Is it really that soft. i thought it would've felt rough."
Seth happily ruffled it, and ran it through his fingers. "No, it's really super soft…" He was making cute little squeaks and purr-like noises. "I wish I could play with it forever!" he laughed.
He blushed worse. He looks away so Seth couldn't see it. "T-Thanks I guess…" He was smiling even if he wasn't able to be seen
Seth sighs and takes his hands away. "But we probably need to get going…" He was kinda disappointed…
"Y-Yeah…U-Ummm…OH!" He walks over to the passenger's side and opened the door for him "Here you go."
Seth was surprised when Hiro opened the door for him. "Oh! Thank you!" He hopped in, smiling, his wings were retracting back into his back with a couple cracking sounds. He winced a bit.
Hiro noticed "Y-You okay?" He looked worried.He doesn't want to see Seth in pain. It made him feel like he couldn't do anything to help.
Seth's wings finished sliding into his back and the skin sealed over them. "Y-yeah. I'm fine. I just don't let my wings out a ton, so it hurts when they sheath. He rubbed his back. "Generally ice helps afterward, but I don't have any."
"And I don't either…Anyways we need to get going." He walked over to the drivers side and got in "Ready?"

Seth took a breath and rubbed against the seat back, attempting to feel better. "Yeah. I'm ready as I'll ever be." He looked at Hiro's hair again, trying to resist playing with it again. He looked sharply out the window and stiffened suddenly, a growling noise coming from the back of his throat quietly.
"H-Hey…You ok?" He looked at Seth then out the window. "What's going on…Is there someone near us or something?" he was clearly worried
Seth slowly relaxed, and his growling ceased. He didn't look Hiro in the eyes as he choked out hoarsely, "No… no, there's nothing. Just… forget that happened" He curled up in the seat and shivered.
