"Never have I ever had a partner." It was the only thing that came to mind at the time. She put one finger down and Ashton did as well. "Wow, you've actually dated someone?" Lily ignored his comment.

Nova frowned. She didn't put down a finger. "Hey, I think you're only supposed to do it if it doesn't apply to you."

(yeah but you're only allowed to say it if it's the truth. If Lily has dated before, she can't say "Never have I ever dated," because that would be a lie.)

"Next is Roxanne."
"Never have I eveeeeeeeeeeeeerrr…" She thought for a while, face scrunching up. "Uhhhhhhhhhh… had a school year where I didn't end up in detention." She said finally
"Never?! How do you manage to do that?" Nova put down a finger.
"Classes are boring, and I have other things to do." She said offhandedly
Ashton put a finger down. "I've never had detention before." Lily thought that it was normal.
"Really Ashton? You? You drink alcohol!"
"Of course I do!" Ashton looked over to Lily "Like she said I was drunk yesterday when I pushed her into the lake." He doesn't want to relive that moment. He felt ashamed.
"No, you seem like such a bad person, you have to have detention all the time, right?"
"I'm good at not getting detention, you could say it's a special skill of mine." Lily wiped her forehead "It's hot, anyone want to go swimming?" Lily stood getting ready to jump in"Hey, I didn't get a turn!" Lily turned away "And I don't care much." That rude girl! Calm down, Ashton.
Nova frowned. "Can't you two just get along?"

Wren realsied he had slept in longer then he needed. “Oh sh-“ He rushed to get dressed and hurtled downstairs. He found a note, saying they were by the lake. Against his better judgment and fear of water, he ran out and joined them. “I am so sorry.” He said, sitting down.
Nova looked over and smiled. "It's alright! Sleep as long as you need to! We're not going anywhere!" She had suddenly become overly energetic.
"Wren!" Lily jumped out of the lake and ran to him "I thought you would never wake up." She laughed. "Yeah you left me with three girls," Ashton added.
“Sorry buddy.” He said giving a strained smiled, “And…and you’re…swimming..” He eyed the water nervously.
