Lucas ran out of his room and into the living room where his mom was. He was playing with his cars, when suddenly he stepped on one of his Legos. "Moooommmyyy!" He yelled out. He was in an unbearable pain and he could see the imprint of the toy on his foot. "I stepped on a Lego!" He pointed to the bottom of his foot and hopped around on the other before he fell down again.
¨Aw you poor baby¨ Madison said to lucas ¨does it hurt ¨ she asked stupidly.

"Of course it does!" Lucas said with a slight lisp. "We need to call the ambulance." He pronounced the word like amboolance.
Madison picked up lucas and let him on her leg and started bouncing her leg up and down.

"Wats dat supposed to do?" He asked, confused about the motion. All he wanted was the pain to get out of his foot.
Madison sighed ¨Hang on lucas and it will stop hurting¨.

"How does that work?" He asked suddenly gaining interest.

Lucas got off his mom's lap before his stomach growled. "Can we have Mac and Cheese today? Please." He pleaded. He had literally ate it for lunch the day before but he wanted it again.
