Blaine turned around, running backward for a few steps as she stuck her tongue out at Brendon. When she faced forward again, she almost ran into a parked car. She jumped back and let out an exclamation of surprise.
Brendon laughed as he ran past her, "That's what you get for not watching where your going!"
He rushed up to his car slightly out of breath.

"Hey!" Blaine shouted, still laughing. She stopped running and simply walked up to the car. "Okay, okay! You win!"
Brendon shouted gleefully, "Yay! I have bested the mighty Blaine!"

Blaine rolled her eyes, shaking her head. "I would've won if that car hadn't gotten in my way," she argued playfully.
