Realistic Modern Day RP {Open}

Erin smiled to herself as Molly charged ahead. Letting the other girl lead, she slowly dropped back into the group and found herself walking beside Claire. "Hey," she said. "How are you holding up?"

App was loping along happily. The outdoors made her feel so much better. She saw Erin walking up to Claire. 'Hey, I haven't talkedto Claire in a while. I wonder how she's doing?' So she jogged up beside the other two women. "Hey Claire! Did you eat enough at breakfast!" She was grinning, feeling happier than she had in a while. Crying did her good.

Dare saw Claire being talked to by the Mom and Robot Girl App, so he hung back, thinking, 'She needs to have some time with other girls. She needs to see that they're fine with her.' He saw Clovis was hanging in the back, so he slowed down and joined Clovis. "Hey, what's up?"

Claire was a bit overwhelmed when Erin first wanted to talk to her and then App. Don't ruin it…. Don't ruin it…. Don't ruin– "I'm… Fine, I suppose…." After all Dare nearly gave me his entire portion. (assuming he'd do such a thing, lol)

Fiona walked along in the middle of the group, looking at the ground and imagining where they were going. She stayed silent and glanced up every so often to check that everyone else was there.

(Oh he would. He gave her the entire thing, but tricked her into thinking he kept some.)

App smiled. "Fine is better than nothing. How are you and Dare doing though." Her smile turned mischievous. "Is he treating you well?" App saw Fiona walking by herself. She put her arm up and waved. "Fiona! Come over here!"

She glanced back and saw App waving, a small smile appearing on her face, "I'm coming." She jogged over to App and the others, stuffing her hands in her pockets as she walked with them.

App grinned. "Did you eat yet? Or does somebody still need to carry you later when you pass out from lack of nutrition?" Her words were teasing, and her voice was light.

Claire smiled, a bit blushy. "Well, he's very nice…. And he does make sure I'm doing alright…." Although sometimes I wonder if he's becoming a bit overprotective…..

"I ate a little," She said with a shrug, "If I pass out, you guys can just leave me." She smiled lightly and looked at the ground.

App looked at the two girls. She then turned to Fiona and poked her cheek. "Hey, we would never do that. I'd gladly carry you." Then she turned back to Claire, "Yeah, he seems to want to make sure you stay well. Heck, he gave you his entire ration of breakfast. But, hey, if you look, you'll notice that he backed off as soon as me and Erin came up to talk to you."

Fiona chuckled "I don't want to slow you guys down, you guys can seriously leave me." She looked at App and Clair, a small smile on her face, "So, how's your relationships going?" She asked.

App looked at Fiona confused. "I… don't have a relationship. What are you talking about?"

"You and Clovis?" She raised an eyebrow and looked around for Clovis, nodding at him when she found him.

App face turned red. "Oh! No! You got it wrong! I'm not with him!" Her voice was high and nervous. "I couldn't be that to him…"

Fiona laughed "You two go great together though," She nudged her with her elbow and smiled, "I'm going to make that happen if it's not already a thing."

App shook her head and grabbed her arm, "No! Please, don't! Molly will kill me, and I'm… I'm not right for him…"

"I'll make sure Molly doesn't do anything, I promise. She'll probably be happy for you two. You two are perfect for each other, I mean, if Clair and Dare are together and I..had…a relationship, the least I can do is get you to at least maybe be in one." She smiled and looked at App, glancing at Clovis as she did so.

App shook her head and let go of Fiona, readjusting her pack and staring at the dirt, the last traces of her happiness dissipating. "Don't bother. I'll be dead before long anyway, so there would be no point." She mumbled the last sentence.

Fiona sighed and hesitantly put a hand on App's shoulder, hearing the first part of her sentence, "App, I wouldn't let you die if there was anything I could do about it, I promise."

App looked up and gave her a weak smile. "There is nothing anyone can do about it. The only chance would be for me to find those scientists again, but I suspect they're mostly dead."

"We'll find someone, ok? I won't let you die because some stupid scientists already kicked the bucket." She gave App a promising smile in return and took her hand off her shoulder.

App looked up at the sky, and felt calm wash over her. "Thanks Fiona…."

Fiona nodded and looked at the ground, focusing back on walking and not tripping over anything.

Erin smiled, listening to the younger girls talk about love and boys. When App spoke of possibly dying and it not being worth it, she had to speak up.
"Even if you think it might not last, or you'll die, you should give it a try if it's what your heart wants." She sighed deeply and looked up at the clear blue skies. "You never know what might happen and you should take advantage of the time you have. I only had Jess's dad for a few short years, but I wouldn't trade them for anything. Not even the grief of missing him."

Dareon shook his head. "Yeah that's definitely true. No, I don't think many of us know each other very well…" He gave Clovis a sheepish look. "I uh… kinda… forgot your name… sorry…"

App looked over at Erin, head still tilted up. "I don't eve know what I want. … Actually no. What I want is to never hurt anyone. Not like in the past… I guess… that's real reason I'm scared." App then asked, "What was Jessica's dad like?"
