Realistic Modern Day RP {Open}

Claire sighed, but thought nothing really of it. I'll just stay out of the way… They look like they have things under control…. As she stood there, watching App and Clovis take care of poor Mira, she realized that all this time, she was surrounded by people who stood by her, to help her get away from them. Yet…. She internally slapped herself. Stop thinking like that. This is the first time ever you were able to make friends with strangers. And Clovis did that out of courtesy….

"Is it me or does he look uneasy" She pointed to clovis

(Pffft! Poor poor Clovis…)

App looked at Clovis with concern as she held a bandage together. She called Claire over. “Come on! I need you to hold this bandage shut so I can get something from my pouch!” To Clovis she asked, quieter, “What’s wrong Clovis?”

Claire did so, but stared into space. He doesn't…. He doesn't…. She screwed her eyes shut, but tried to maintain a neutral attitude. Don't blow it like you already did before….

App let Claire hold the wraps and started digging in her bag. “Where is it…” She muttered.

Mira sat there not doing anything. She didn't know why they cared so much

Claire sighed. No. No. No. No….. He doesn't think of you like that…. Stop before you screw this up…
But the way he held your hand was sooo wonderful–
She flushed at herself. Ugh…. Why do you have to be like this…?

App finally pulled out a safety pin. "There it is!" She asked Claire, "Hold her arm still so I don't poke her." Then she carefully slipped the needle through the fabric and secured the bandages in place so they wouldn't fall apart, wrapped tightly.

"thanks…" Mira said using her left arm to pick it up

Claire let go of Mira, and she turned away, hiding her face. Why? Why why why why? Why do you think he does? That’s…. sickening…. He’s just really platonic…. all of this is platonic…

"Claire?" she taps her shoulder

Claire jumped, face burning at this point. “W-What do you want?” She asked innocently, slowly curling in on herself. I can’t have poeple see me like this…..

"Just wanting to know if you're ok…" She smiles at her

She said nothing back. Of course I’m not okay…. cursed by this thought…. Claire rubbed at her face tiringly. This thought that…… She frowned, knowing her dream would never come true.

"Sorry…" She gets up And heads towards molly

Claire tore off the sullen look on her face. This has to stop….. “I’m ready when you are….” Her voice faded instantaneously, deprived from the confidence she craved. I just don’t understand my hellish mindset…

Fiona nodded "Let's keep moving, we need to get as far away as we can before someone notices that we are missing."

"So why are you guys here. Just wondering"

App's hands felt empty, and she felt a bit lost. She didn't know why, but she felt almost like Clovis was closest to her, even though she didn't remember him ever having an interaction with him. She walked up next to Clovis and asked a little nervously, "…Clovis..? Can… can I hold your… your hand maybe?"

Mira was confused "Do you know who it is?

App became happy when Clovis accepted her hand. She smiled and gave a small skip.
