Claire wandered down the street, kicking at more stones– as quick as he came, he left. I can't be with these people anymore… She thought, dispising everything Clovis told her. I'm just causing more pain and suffering that they don't deserve…. Claire choked up, holding back rasping sobs and gobs of tears.
