"Thanks," He just looked into her eyes for a moment before turning to close the door behind her.

"You have a beautiful home." Sera said in wonderment as she looked around.
"Oh, thanks." He said, "Uh, that's the living room," He said pointing to the door, "Kitchen," He said doing the same, "And bathroom," He pointed to the door in the hallway.
"Awesome." She held her hands in front of her. "So…"
"How are you?" He offered as conversation.
"I'm doing well. And you?" Sera felt her face getting redder every second
"Yeah, I'm doing alright." He said awkwardly.
"Well, that's good. Work's kind of boring isn't it." Sera said.

"Yeah and it doesn't get better, trust me." He said.
(Okie dokie.)
"Yeah… I had a feeling you'd say that." Sera looked around and then pointed to the couch. "Mind if I sit down?"

"Not at all," He said, taking a seat himself.
"Awesome. You said you had netflix?" She smirked unapologetically and laughed, sitting down next to him.
"I do," He picked up the TV remote and turned it on, "Anything you want to watch?" He asked, logging into Netflix.
"I'm up for anything." Sera smiled and cautiously leaned into Nate a little bit.
"Alright," He swallowed, trying to ignore her getting closer, "How about 'The Hitman's Bodyguard'?"
Sera gave him a thumbs up.
"Should we order pizza's now? They'd probably end up here in the middle of the movie," He said.
"Oh yeah! I forgot about food." Sera giggled. "That's rare."
Nate grinned, getting up. "What pizza do you want?" He walked to the landline and picked it up.
"I like pepperoni best but any pizza will do."
He dialled the pizzerias number, which he knew off heart, and ordered a pepperoni and margarita. He hung up and sat back down, "They said it should take around 20 to 25 minutes."
Sera nodded. "Sounds great."
He smiled and started the movie.
Sera decided not to cuddle into him this time. "It was a bad idea anyway." she scolded herself.
He sat back into the couch, not sure whether to say anything or not.
Oh but she wanted to! She really wanted to! Sera turned her attention to the movie trying to fight the urge. It was awkward enough as it was.
"So," He said, deciding to start up a conversation, "Surely this job isn't your dream. What do you want to be?" He looked at her.
"Nature photography," she blurted, looking at him. "What do you want to do?"
"I want to be an astronaut but that's unrealistic so I guess I wouldn't mind being a police officer."
"That's awesome. If I were you I wouldn't give up. Really." She gave him a smile before looking back at the movie.
