"You get to kiss me," Abi said. "Just not yet."

"Better." Blake said, running upstairs and grabbing a bag with some stuff and taking a hoodie downstairs and throwing it at Abi. "Here you go."

Abi caught it and immediately slid it on, not caring if it looked weird with her dress. She ran up to Blake and jumped, her legs around his waist and arms around his neck. She kissed him.

Blake smiled and kissed her back, laughing a bit. He gently pushed her against the wall for support and wrapped his arm around her back.

"I missed you so much," Abi said. "I regretted fighting with you everyday for those 4 years."

"I regretted being an asshole for every second of those four years. I'm so glad you're back.."

"Yes, well. Can't argue with that, can I?" Abi laughed.

Blake chuckled and kissed her again, still smiling.

"Now, we better get moving." Abi tapped Blake on the head. "Put me down." She was not someone to argue with.

Blake sighed and set her down gently.

"Let's get moving," Abi said, walking out to Blake's car and sitting in the passenger seat.

Blake grabbed his stuff and got into his car. “Ok where to go?”

"You remember the way to Thomas'?" Abi asked, speaking about their old friend who lived a few miles out of town.

“Yeah. Why are we going there?” He asked as he drove away and started on the way to Thomas’s house.

"We're not actually going there, but the way to Crystal Falls is in that direction."

“Oh ok..I haven’t seen Thomas in years..does he even still live there?”

"Why are you asking me? I haven't even lived here for 4 years. Besides, I just said we aren't stopping to visit him."

“I know I was just wondering. Don’t get all defensive..”

"Sorry. I can't help it. You know that."

“Yeah yeah. I remember.” He smiled a bit.

And couldn't help but smile as well. She missed their banter.

He drove, still smiling for a while until they reached near Thomas's house. "Where to from here."

"Just keep going straight until you reach a t-intersection and can't continue straight."

"Ok then." He did as she said.

Abi watched out the window.
