Survive (O/O) (Closed)

You were on an airplane to South America for whatever reason. However, it turns for the worst when the plane crashes in the Amazon. You and a few other survivors managed to make it out alive, but have to confront the reality before them. To make matters worse, the tribal people in the area aren't exactly friendly towards foreigners.
Get help before it's too late.
Will you live or will you die?

I really hope that you people know what's acceptable and what's not good. Swearing is allowed, but slurs are off-limits. Please try to keep this rp realistic, and you must be at least decent at roleplaying and know what you are doing.

Name: Juliet Fernandez
Age: 23
Appearance: She has long light brown hair that stops at about mid-chest that have very slight waves to them. Her skin is a dark tan, has a bit of a lanky build, and she stands at 5'6. Juliet has dark brown eyes with an oval face shape and random freckles that dot her face.
Why they were on the plane: She was trying to visit her family in Argentina.
Personality: She is bold and brash. At times she can be inconsiderate and blunt. She is straightforward and brutally honest. Juliet is also determined with a strong-will and also very caring towards the people she loves. At times emotion is used to make decisions when she is upset, but most of the time she uses her head.

Name: Jasper "JJ" Rayne
Age: 21
Appearance: honestly I was looking for hair styles and I found a picture of a dude that looks exactly like wanted Jasper to look like lmao, just omit the moustache. Wavy brown hair that is usually a mess, Dark brown, almost black eyes, idk how to describe his beard. It's like a stubble but darker, light tan skin tone, and has glasses. He is about 6'0 and has a fairly athletic build
Why they were on that plane: Jasper is an Archeology student. He was on a connecting flight to turkey to work on a site there, his second time going to a dig.
Personality: Jasper is a hard worker. He does whatever he is working on to the best of his ability. Jasper is caring and loyal, he loves to help people and get to know new cultures and histories. He doesnt like bragging about achievements or things that he is good at so he only told a few close friends and family about this amazing opportunity.

They say that your life flashes before you whenever you have a near-death experience. However, all Juliet could focus on was the pain she was in. The world seemed to sway around her as she was trying to get up and her body ached once she was finally standing.

Hello, this is your captain speaking. It is required for all passengers of this plane to be seatbelted as we are now experiencing some turbulence

Ladies and Gentlemen, due to technical difficulties, we have to make an emergency landing. Please do not panic and follow the instructions of the flight attendant as we make this descent

BAM!

The fire raged all around her as she managed to haul herself out of the wreckage. The fire raged, smoke filled the air, and there were dead bodies.

The air was cool and Jasper could feel there was something on his face. The extreme turbulence had shocked him awake from his nap and he was confused as to why he couldn't see. A.short minute later he took off the eye mask and coughed in embarrassment. Another jolt and Jasper grabbed onto the seat in front of him.

It was scary but Jasper thought they would be ok. This was before the inferno ripped through the cabin, burning many. Jasper pulled some broken pieces off his leg and winced. Yep, it seems his ankle was sprained. He grabbed onto the seat in front of him and pulled himself up, struggling to escape the heat and make it to safety.

Ash and soot covered his face and he was coughing from the amount of smoke he inhaled, but he managed to get out of the wreckage. He pulled himself to a tree and coughed, looking around the wreckage for any.other survivors.

"Hello! Anyone still alive?" Desperation coated her voice as she shouted. She couldn't have been the only person who survived…. right?

Tearing her eyes from the scene before her, she looked around. The plane had crashed in the jungle. It was amazing how the fire was still burning due to the humidity and the rain.

It was like one of those TV Shows where a disaster happens and those people had to find a way to survive. Survive What a concept. Yet, here was Juliet stranded in the middle of a rainforest with no help. A minute. Juliet needed a minute, so she sat down and stared at the sight. The plane had been pierced by the tall trees and some pieces broke apart. Maybe I could salvage some items out of the wreckage The only problem was that she had to wait for the fire to burn out, which could take awhile

The flames seemed to only grow as Jasper looked around frantically for others. He heard a voice calling out and almost cried with joy, using the tree to stand up. "Here! I'm over here! I sprained my ankle!" He shouted, waving his hands to get the attention of the other survivor.

"I'm coming!" She shouted back, rushing over as fast as she could. She was relieved that she wasn't the only one who survived. She wouldn't have to be alone in this. Needless to say that she was surprised when she saw how cute this stranger was.
"Holy Shit, are you ok?" As Ironic as that sounded in the situation, it was one of the only questions she could think of. There was some panic raising as the fire was getting closer.
Could he walk?
How am I going to treat him if he is seriously injured?

"I'm fine, just sprained my leg. Do you have anything I can wrap it with? I should be able to walk if its tightly bound." He said, moving hair out of his eyes.

The girl in front of him was cute. Although there were other things to worry about, Jasper found himself feeling at ease in her presence, it was, in a sense, comforting to know there was someone else who was sharing his thoughts and feelings at the moment

Valerie began to look around for anything useful in order.
Baggage, there must be something in the suitcases. Immediately she around and began rummaging through the suitcases. It felt weird to be having to go through the belongings of a dead person, but Valerie was going to need them if she was going to get out alive.
"Uh what about clothes, you can wrap it with clothes, and there's a selfie stick here you an use as a splint or something." She suggested. The problem was that she had absolutely no idea what she was doing.

"That sounds fine." Jasper said, wincing slightly as his for accidentally hit a large rock. He waited for the girl to bring him some clothes to wrap his ankle with. It seemed he had to go without his shoe for a while.

Once the girl came back, Jasper smiled and got to work, trying to bind his foot tightly to give so support but also let it be breathable. "Not sure if I introduced myself," he said once he finished. "I'm Jasper." He smiled

"Well, I'm Valerie, very nice meeting you." She gave a nervous laugh. Her nerves were starting to get to her as the reality of the situation hit her. "We should uh, we should make plans right? Like we can use the plane as shelter and uh, um, we could, we could uh like use the suitcases as our supplies and stuff."

That bear guy on TV said panicking was the worst thing you could do in this situation.
"Oh shit, we are so done." She whispered

Jasper stood up and used the tree to help him balance before testing out his makeshift brace. "Calm down, take deep breaths and relax." He said. Jasper wasn't sure what to do in a situation like this, it looked as though they were the only survivors. The fire started to doe down so he looked at the wreck as home instead of what it was. "You're right, we can use the suitcases. Let's try to find anything useful like food and water. Who knows how long we will be here."

"Well, I mean people will notice that we're gone right? Like they'll come searching for us." She was just rambling at this point as she began to look for suitcases. The silence always made her uncomfortable, but she usually had her iPod with. Although there was internet or service for her to play music with.
She began with dragging suitcases out of the wreck one by one and spread them out so it was easy to access. "So I think we're good on clothes, there are some medicinal creams, but we can only use them for mosquitoes. Um I think mosquito nets should be a priority because there is a high chance that we could catch malaria."

"First off, we need to understand where we are. It's a tropical climate and there are rainforests so I'm thinking that we are in south America, the only question is where." He mumbled. Jasper looked around to see something familiar but found no such thing. There were trees, plants, water, and a.bit of fire now.

"What are you, stupid? Of course, we were in South America, we were on a flight to Argentina." Then she immediately regretted it considering the fact that he could have lost some of his memories due to the crash
"Sorry." She apologized before looking at their surroundings again. "There is a very good chance that we could be in the Amazon right now."

(Lol, it's fine.)

"I know we were on a flight to Argentina, but I dont know how much longer our flight was. If we had that info, we could calculate how far we are from a city." Jasper limped to a little past the crash site and looked around to see if he could find some form of path or road.

"Let's use the plane as a shelter, I think that one of our biggest problems right now is hypothermia, and I really don't want to get caught in the storm." It might've just been the smoke, but Juliet could see huge ominous clouds looming by.
Looking at the sight made her sick, all she could see was dead bodies strewn about. We have to drag the bodies out.

"The first class cabin is normally more emptier than the economy. We can either go there or to the tail where there is less 'things' for us to clean out." He said,going a bit green with the thought of touching all those bodies.

It seemed wrong to call them "things." It was only a few moments ago that these people were breathing, probably going on a vacation. Yet, their lives were so tragically taken away from them. Valerie made the choice to convert the first class into their home as she began dragging the bodies away. "We should bury the bodies, it might attract predators." The smell was making her so sick, she felt like she was going to vomit.
