Hope giggled. "Those jocks would need to learn how to make a love potion first. They are not my type." She looked at him lovingly. "Dark and mysterious, totally my type."

“So I’m just your type.” He replied with a wink and a charming smile. “I’m dark and mysterious.” And secretive. “And you should know you’re my type. I love a confident, cute girl. And you’re both adorable and confident.”
"I'd add nerdy if you're talking about me." Hope added with a laugh. "I always can't seem to help but either read or write."

“Mm nerdy girls are so cute.” He replied, taking her hand and intertwining their fingers. “You drive me crazy too, however. I like that about you. You can get me to put my defenses down.”
Hope smiled at their hands and then looked at him. "I've been know to drive people crazy." She giggled. "I do hope I'm not to annoying."

“It’s not annoying. It’s fun.” He hummed, pulling her closer suddenly. He let his lips gently touch hers in a small kiss, a smirk following after. “You make me what to kiss you for eternity.”
Hope blushed. "That could be arranged." She said in a shy tone.

She loved his eyes. He was looking at her with such passion. "Me too."

“Shall we go for a walk?” He asked suddenly, wanting to kiss her in a less crowded area. “To the park?”
"Yes. That would be lovely." Hope replied with a smile. She hoped they could kiss again, maybe be extra cute and have him push her on the swings.

Lighter seemed to perk up more than he had when talking about fighting. “Let’s go then!” He stood, pausing for a moment when his stomach lurched. His body wanted nicotine. He wasn’t going to give it any. Not with Hope around.
He offered his hand once again. “I’ve never been so privileged to have such a beautiful girlfriend.”
Hope took his hand. She smiled. "And I've never been bless enough to have an extremely handsome and kind boyfriend." She couldn't help but feel happiness, it hit her like the waves in the ocean.

Lighter smiled, showing off his dazzling teeth. He took good care of them, and hoped his smoking wouldn’t ruin that. “You’re too cute.” He hummed, pulling her into a warm hug.
Hope smiled into his embrace. "No you!" She teased, smirking.

He snickered, kissing the top of her head. “You’re way too cute.” He added, giving her a light squeeze before releasing her and leading her to the door.
Hope followed, blushing. "You're cute!" She argued, squeezing his hand. She felt like other couples around would feel jealous of how cute they were acting.

He hummed softly, looking at her and winking. “If I’m cute then you’re gorgeous.” He grinned, planting a soft kiss on her nose.
"Fine, I feel as I can agree to that." Hope said with a laugh. She couldn't wait til they got to the park.

He pulled her closer to him, smiling at a few strangers. They seemed a little shocked so to say. One even grinned back. “Good because there is no arguing about it.”
Hope smiled. She saw all the strangers looking at them. "I think people are starting to see how cute we are." She laughed.

Hope blushed and playfully slapped his shoulder. "I thought you wouldn't want others looking at me."

"Don't worry, I'm all yours." Hope said with a smile. She leaned up to kiss his jaw, the only thing she could reach.

Hope blushed at the kiss. She tighten her grip on his hand, slightly, as some boys from school passed. "Ugh, why can't the jocks find elsewhere to hangout at?"

Lighter glared at them. He recognized a few as old bullies. He did stand up to them. And he did overpower them easily. They were lower than him in rank. Well, according to the law of the gang, they were all lower than him.
Hope noticed Lighter glare at the boys. "You know them?"
