"Looking for love is part of the job description, eh?" He teased, sipping his drink.
"yup, i'm fucking desperate." Alicia sighed.
"Hm." He laughed through his nose, looking off to the wall for a moment. "Sounds like a rough job."
"It doesn't have to be." Delilah smiled, "I have a proposal, would you like to come see the movie set for the latest Delilah Pip movie?"
"it is especially when nobody will hire you because you're too shy to sing on front of a human being." Alicia laughed nervously, realizing the alcohol was stating to get to her.
"Really? You'd take me? I don't know, I feel like I'd rather see a movie staring you, gorgeous." he laughed with a grin that spread across his face.

"Well then, I suppose you'll be incredibly satisfied." Delilah laughed.
"You don't seem like a very shy dear." He commented back,.
"well, that's pleasant to hear." Alicia said, smiling weakly at Gabriel.
Jack pondered that for a second, he believed his suspicion had been confirmed, he leaned in to whisper in her ear, "Delilah, I'd be honored," He made sure to pause after her name and prolong silence.
Gabriel smiled a little more. "Where are you from, chèrie?"
"I'm from nearby Hollywood." Alicia said before turning back to the bartender and ordering another drink.
"France," Gabe answered for himself, "Southern half against the Mediterranean shore,"
"France," Alicia took her glass, "The home of the city of love." She smiled and laughed a lifeless laugh.
"If you Americans believe as much," he winked.
"I do believe as much, it's my dream to go there." Alicia smirked an took a small sip of her drink.
Delilah stepped back, as if her face had been slapped, and then leaned back to whisper into his ear, "What gave it away?"
"I won't spoil your dream, then," he decided with a quiet outward breath.
Jack chuckled "That would spoil the secret."
"thats pleasant to here." Alicia bit her lip and drank some more.
"Can you dance, chèrie?" Gabriel asked Alicia, eyes flickering over to her.
"I sure can, sugar." Alica winked, an set her glass on the counter.
"So the bank's open," he flashed a grin, "Do I have permission to bring you out for a spin?"
"yes, you do." Alicia responded taking his hand in hers.
His hand was rather cold for a grown, healthy man. Oh, yes, that was the glass of water's doing.
Gabriel stood off his stool, "Lead the way, ma chérie,"
Alicia giggled and guided Gabriel to where other people were dancing.
He held a wide grin, keeping her hand held snugly in his own.
Alicia smiled warmly, dancing and smiling genuinely.
