“Yeah.” He smiled. “I wouldn’t want anything else.” The elevator doors opened and he grabbed her hands. “Come on, room touring time…” He tugged her out of thr elevator, into a neat little hallway with only two rooms. One was facing the lake, the other faced the city.

Cameron nodded and lead her over, unlocking the door with one of the two keys. The apartment was spacious, furnished and nice. A paper announced that it had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a kitchen with a patio. The complex was clearly habited by rich people and a rich owner. Cameron lead her inside with a faint, “Wow”.

Cameron nodded. He didn’t want to check out the other room, he just wanted to stay there and gaze idly at the lake.

Lilah happily linked her arm with Cameron as they made their way to the front desk again. She set the keys back on the counter.
"We decided on the lake room, but we were wondering if this building allows pets?" she asked politely.

The lady looked up. “Yes, we do, for the top rooms. Have you guys decided on that room?” She took the keys back from Cameron.
