"Babe… Twenty-three is not that old. See, if it was, like, thirty, then you could complain about being old," Lilah teased, patting him on the cheek.

Cameron huffed. “I’ll be saying that on my deathbed and in my coffin, Lilah. It’ll be on my tombstone.”

Cameron stuck out his tongue. “I just need to pack a few shirts and a couple pair of pants with a couple extra pairs of boxers.” He shrugged, his tongue still out.

"Doesn't mean you can't do that now," Lilah said, taking his hands in hers and backing up as she tugged him towards their bed. "And put your tongue back in your mouth, you dork."
Cameron chuckled and took his tongue back into his mouth. “Does my tongue disgust you, my queen?”

"No, but you look silly with it just sticking out," Lilah said, rolling her eyes good-humoredly.

Cameron chuckled and kissed her nose gently. “I’ll pack then we can go ask Delilah if she’ll watch the dogs.”

"Sounds good," Lilah said, giving him a smile as she let go of his hands and sat down on the bed.
Cameron grinned back and pulled out his trusty duffle bag. He packed a few pairs of everything (tee, jeans and boxers) and zipped it up.
“Done.” About two seconds later.

Lilah laughed lightly. "Okay, so we're done packing… What now?"
Cameron smacked his lips together.
“I…. don’t know.”

"Does lunch sound good?" Lilah asked, falling backwards so she laying on the bed and staring at the ceiling.
Cameron flopped down next to her. “Didn’t we have lunch already?”

Lilah shrugged, looking over at him with a slight smile. "Dinner, then?"
Cameron grinned. “Let’s have second lunch. Like the couple of Hobbits we are.”

"All right, sure," Lilah chuckled. "But just a small one so we don't ruin our dinner. What would you like?"
Cameron rubbed his chin. “Hmm… tomato soup. Mmm…”

"That sounds good. I think there's a can in the pantry," Lilah said, sitting up with a sigh. "Come help me try to find it?"
Cameron stared at the ceiling for a few moments more before sitting up again. “Sure. Right behind you.”

Lilah gave him a quick smile before standing and walking out of the room. She made her way to the kitchen and opened the pantry door, chewing on her lip in concentration as she looked inside it.
Cameron walked up behind her and looked over her head easily. “Hmm… maybe in the back somewhere?”

"Maybe… You check the higher shelves, and I'll check to lower ones?" Lilah suggested, already crouching down to do so.
Cameron stepped away a bit before she bent down too low. “Er… I’ll let you do that first.”

Lilah glanced up at him and blushed when she realized how they would be positioned if he hadn't moved. "O-oh. Right. Sure…"
Cameron smiled a bit and glanced away, rubbing the back of his neck. “Yeah. Just uh… I’ll stand here.”
