Lilah stepped out of the bath and wrapped a towel around herself. “Darn, it was warm in there,” she mumbled.

Cameron looked up at her from the bath. “You didn’t have to get out. We can just wither like a pair of rasins together.”

Lilah crinkled her nose. “Maybe… But I’m hungry, so I’m out.”

Cameron chuckled and stretched out to grab a towel of his own and got out.
“Okay food…”

“What should we do? Go out or order in?” Lilah asked, her cheeks slightly pink as her gaze flickered across Cameron’s chest.

Cameron shrugged and tied the towel around his waist. “We could order in. That sounds good.”

Lilah nodded in agreement and opened the bathroom door. "Sounds good. I wonder what they've got on their menu."

Cameron bounded after her, grinning. “I thought I saw a menu of the sort on the coffeetable.”

"Oh, good. Let's check it out, then," Lilah said, going to grab it. She picked it up, then brought it to the bed and sat down to read it, still in just her towel.

Cameron sat down next to her, leaning over her to read it too. Mostly all of it was in French, but Cameron was able to point out a few descriptions with his power of Latin (since Latin is a Romantic language).

“Well, we don’t need it. That’s something crispy. And filled with… creme. Let’s get that.”

Cameron looked down at the drinks. “Hmm… the white wine looks good.”

Lilah glanced down at it and shrugged. “Sure. It’s been a while since I had a good white wine.”

Cameron grinned. “Wait a moment. You can’t drink. You’re nineteen.” He nuzzled her. “Let’s not, then.”

“Hm, true… I tend to forget that since I had to go to tastings for events,” Lilah said with a shrug. “You can get it for yourself if you really want it. I’ll just get a lemonade instead.”

Cameron shook his head. “Nah. We should drink responsibly,” He purred happily. “Let’s get a pitcher of lemonade.”

"M'kay. So, we've got whatever food that is, along with a pitcher of lemonade… Anything else we should get?" Lilah asked, glancing back down at the menu.

Cameron smiled and shook his head. “Nope. It sounds great.”

"All right, then. You get to call it in this time," Lilah chuckled, grabbing the phone from the bedside table and handing it to him.

“I… I do?”

“Yup. And I’m going to go put some clothes on,” Lilah said with a slight laugh, blushing a bit.

Cameron took the phone slowly and nodded. “Okay. Have fun with that.” He kissed her cheek.

Lilah kissed his cheek back before carefully getting off the bed. She grabbed a clean set of pajamas, figuring that they wouldn’t be going anywhere until at least the next day, and headed into the bathroom to change.

Cameron dialed for customer service and he ordered their food, after awkwardly explaining that he was American. Though he got it ordered and it was assured it would be up soon.

Lilah walked back into the room when she was done changing, now wearing sapphire blue pants with a white sweater. “Food on its way?”

Cameron glanced over with a grin. “Yep, sure is.”

“Great!” Lilah said, returning the grin as she plopped down beside him on the bed. “And now we just have to wait.”
