A Fox's Mission O/O ||Closed||

The year is 2043 and the US has been tossed into chaos. The President nuked Texas. Most of, if not all of, the Military is trapped overseas. The Citizens are thrust into a second civil war that none of them were prepared for, and eventually the Country is divided into what most are calling Clans. The major forces now include the Wolf clan and the Hellfire clan. Taking up the majority of mid US.
Along the outskirts of the Country, however, some places are quietly gathering forces. One main base of operations is the White House itself. Still somehow under the control of a very corrupt Government. What their goal is remains closely guarded.
(Whoever your character is) Is just trying to survive in this new environment. They are thrust head long into the thick of a silent battle when they come across a wounded Soldier, washed up on the beaches of North Carolina.

This is kind of an idea I have based off of a story a friend and I wrote. My character is going to be one that is mostly not seen in the book, so we get to do pretty much whatever we want.

This is a Sci-fi, so no magic will be involved.
Any skills you want your character to have are your choice, just try not to make them super OP.
Cussing is fine, just don't go over bored.

Personality: He can be kind of closed off and quiet, however he can also be fun and light-hearted. He cares deeply for his teammates and friends, and likes to get to know them. He's good at cheering people up when they need it.

Personality: RH was a very sweet woman, but as time went on she grew more and more jaded from the way people treated her. So, she made herself a 'bad girl' persona, often hanging out with the wrong people in the wrong places. She's on her own now, though, and is content with that.

Trying to not go flying out of a helicopter that was spinning out of control, was not on Lachlan's list of things to do. Sirens blared and the wind howled as they went. He wasn't sure how far off the coast they were, and he didn't really want to go down a large distance from it.
He slammed into the side of the copter with a lot more force than he had braced for. Something in his shoulder popped and a numbing feeling began spreading down his arm making his fingers tingle. Out the window he spotted the ship that had attacked his helicopter in the first place. It wasn't very far below them, meaning they were pretty close to the water and were still going down.
Something moving towards them caught his eye, and a second later he was scrambling to the open door on the side of the helicopter. The words "Get out" left his mouth several times before he leapt out. He wasn't sure if anyone else had heard him, but no sooner had he jumped than a missile hit the copter and exploded. The shock wave hit him full force, knocking the wind out of him just as he hit the water and blacked out.

Rose Hip was silent as she walked, cigarette in hand. She hadn't been able to kick them, even in this world that she found herself in. The distant sound of fighting didn't bother her anymore, and she did her best to steer away from them.
She did look up, though, at the sound of an explosion. It must be over, then, if not drawing near to it. So, with that, she set on her original path, one hand in his pocket and the other by her lips. Perhaps she'd even get some scraps to work with if she found the fight scene.

The sensation of being weightless, while sinking was what brought Lachlan back into a state of semi consciousness. The lack of air that he was able to get and the burning in his lungs, forced him into the realization that he was drowning. He was probably twice as heavy as his normal body weight, due in part to being soaked, as well as because of his backpack full of all of his gear, so his struggle to the surface of the water was painfully slow.
His head broke the surface and he took in a gasp of air before falling back under again. He struggled for a moment, then got his bearings and was able to breach the water's surface once again. He searched the waves for a time and spotted what looked like either a rock out cropping, or a beach. Either way it was a place for him to rest, and he started forcing his tired limbs to push him towards it.
As he got closer he could tell that it was indeed a beach. A rocky beach, but a beach all the same. He dragged himself up a ways onto it and collapsed onto his side gasping. His vision was spotty again, and all he wanted to do was close his eyes and sleep.
Water still lapped at him, but not enough to drag him out, so he stayed where he was and allowed himself to slip into unconsciousness once again.

Rose Hip was silent as she made her way towards the beach, keeping out of sight for the most part. She didn't know who all was in the area, and who else might have heard the fight and be coming to loot. She was also coming too early to do so, fully aware that those fighting could still be doing so. She hummed, though, making her way down the rocks with deft steps. She looked up, flinching some. A corpse? She hated to mess with them, but who knew, maybe it had supplies. Looking around, she scurried over, kneeling down next to the body.
No, not a body. Unconscious, but… this man was alive.
"Shit," Rose Hip said softly to herself. She looked around quickly, then back to the person she was next to. Did she risk helping them?

Coming back to consciousness was not something Lachlan wanted to do. Waking up and realizing that there was someone next to him was surprising enough to cause him to twist around and push himself away from the person. His hand instinctively grabbed his gun and while still on the ground he took aim at the person. All he could make out was that is was a person, everything was still very blurry though, so details were a no go.
The sudden movement caught up to him and he couldn't help but wince in pain. Something on his left side was messed up, but under his vest he wasn't able to pinpoint just what was wrong, and it would have to wait. He didn't lower his gun.
"Who are you?" He asked. His voice was scratchy and raw sounding.

Rose Hip pulled back when she found herself faced with a gun pointed at her, hands instinctively going up.
"My name is Rose Hip," she said. Did she run? The man didn't look like he could do much of anything, but then again, it wasn't that hard to pull a trigger.
"I heard fighting and came to see if there was anything to salvage from the aftermath. That's when I found you." She spoke slowly, mostly so she didn't accidentally get herself shot.

He let his gun drop slightly. Partly because his arms hurt to much to continue holding it up, and partly because he figured that this person wasn't really a threat. "Where are we?" he asked. "Which state are we in? If states really exist anymore."

"North Carolina, I think. Or what used to be it." Rose Hip kept her distance still, letting her own hands lower some to her lap.
"I'm not quite sure, I haven't been paying much attention to the places I've been going." Rose Hip kept her distance from the man, ready to try to bolt if she got the chance. She didn't trust anyone with a gun, especially one so quick to pull it out on her.

Lachlan blinked a few times trying to keep his vision clear, then he let his gun drop to his side completely. This person wasn't a threat. At least, not at the moment. He glanced at the ocean for a moment, then back to Rose Hip. "Do you have any idea who is out on the water that doesn't seem to want anyone entering the US?" he asked.
Little black dots were beginning to form in his vision and he was getting slightly light headed, but he ignored it. He had other things to worry about right now.

Rose Hip shook her head.
"No idea. I've been more focused on surviving than wondering what's going on with the rich or mighty or whoever hell thinks it's a good idea to take advantage of what's going on and blow everything up." She scoffed some, looking out to the ocean for a moment.
"And that usually includes avoiding those people."

"Geez', it really is bad back here," Lachlan mumbled, mostly to himself, but he was pretty sure she could probably hear him. "Why the hell didn't they recall the troops? What are they doing?"
He placed one of his hands on the ground and started pushing himself to his feet slowly. He groaned as pain radiated out from his side.
"Sorry, for pulling my gun on you. It looks like the past few years haven't been kind to either of us," he apologized. "I gotta go now."

"I don't think they've been kind to anyone." Rose Hip moved to stand as well, looking at the man before hr for a moment.
"Are you sure? You don't look too good… You'll find traveling injured and alone is a death sentence nowadays." The woman brushed the little sand on her dress off, taking a step back.

He limped forward a few steps and paused. "I'll be fine. I need to get to Pennsylvania sooner rather than later," Lachlan stated. "Be careful out there."
Lachlan started moving forwards again, although, only making it a few steps before stabbing pain exploded in his side. He cut off his cry of pain by snapping his mouth shut. Clutching his side as he collapsed on the ground again.

Rose Hip watched the man in front of her before turning, fulling intent on leaving herself.
"You too, you never know what problems you'll run into." She had taken several steps when she heard the man fall, turning her head to look at him. She paused, frowning as she considered her options. This man wasn't her responsibility, and she'd have better chances herself if she just left him. Still… his chances were slim if she left him. She held back a sigh as she made up her mind, turning completely to move to his side.
"I don't think you'll get very far on your own," she said, kneeling down. "Are you sure you don't need my help?"

Groaning slightly, Lachlan turned onto his uninjured side and started pulling the straps of his vest loose. Rose Hip was right, he wasn't going to get very far in his condition, and the first step to fixing it was to figure out what the hell was wrong. He pulled his vest loose and moved it until he could get his hand under it and feel what kind of damage was there. Through the numbing pain he couldn't feel anything out of the ordinary, but when he pulled his hand out of his vest it was covered in blood.
"Well that's just great," he muttered. He glanced at the woman crouching next to him and sighed. "Do you know of any place I could safely get this patched up?" He asked.
