"Aliens." Luca replied. "Help her please."

“Aliens? Seri-“ Astrum began and froze when he saw the blood, “Ah.” Then he ran off and returned with a box. “Lay her down, also you might want to lock all entrances.”

"Right." Luca set her down gently. He locked the revolving door into place and locked all the windows.

Astrum cleaned off the blood and looked for wounds. “Hey how did the alien attack her?”

"It was a blur." Luca put his head in his hands. "I think he got her in the abdomen."

Astrum winced, “That sounds painful.” He sanitized the wounds, but was not told that there was poison in her blood. Honestly, even if he knew, he couldn’t do much.

Luca stared down at Missy. "Will she live?"

Missy felt a sharp pain that drew her back to reality. She bit her tongue to fend off a scream and tasted more blood. Great.

Luca jumped up. "She's alive! Hallelujah!"

She felt the poison making her veins heavy.

(I feel like she should pull a Trelawny… give an ominous speech about the future in a voice that's not her own.)

"I have no clue." Luca ran a hand through his hair.

“Helpful.” Astrum sighed.

Missy's gaze blurred. She moved her lips, but only disgruntled groans escaped.

Luca put a hand on her forehand. "She's burning up."

“Cold wet towel.”

Luca rushed over to the sink behind the counter and dampened a towel. "Here."

“Thanks.” Astrum said, smiling weakly and grabbing the towel and putting in on Missy’s forehead.

Missy muttered something inaudible.

Luca frowned. "She's hallucinating me thinks."

Astrum sighed, “Fever, blood loss, and maybe hallucinations? That’s not good…”

"Ya think?"

Astrum tapped his fingers together, “Flu..?”

"Yeah Astrum. The alien injected the flu virus into her. That sounds logical." He rolled his eyes.

Astrum sighed in frustration, “Well maYbE, what if they carry flu viruses and when cutting her, got the virus into her blood, I doNT KNOW.”
