Noah Wolfe is a newly appointed knight— otherwise known as Olive Gray, the runaway daughter of Sir Arthur Gray. Olive has been living life as a squire and knight-in-training for the past two years, disguised as a boy with fake credentials and identification. And she has never been happier, far away from home, in all her life. Despite missing her twin sister, Ophelia, she feels free, cut from the ropes that held her down. She originally took up the identity of a boy to disguise herself and make it easier to cover up her escape from home, but now it’s becoming… strangely welcoming. Some days, she can’t help feel more comfortable in the skin of a male than that of a female, but other days, it’s the opposite. Occasionally, it’s neither, and it’s hurting her head.

But through it all, she’s content. Excited, especially now that she has officially been appointed the title of Junior Knight and has been given her first post: guard duty at the Palace. All is going well, she is well-respected and no one has begun to grow suspicious about her true identity— but that’s when she meets the Princess. Her duties have her posted directly below the young woman’s window, and she’s appalled at herself when she realizes that she’s slowly falling in love…

Age: 19, almost 20

Gender: confused. Uses she/her pronouns because she honestly doesn't know what else to do

Sexuality: she has no idea. Definitely likes girls, though, even if she doesn't accept it.

Appearance: Tan olive (no pun intended) skin covered in faint criss-crossing scars, sharp, almond shaped, grey eyes, short eyelashes, straight hair hanging just up to her shoulder (there are no gendered haircuts in this universe) which she usually keeps in a bun under her helmet. Thankfully, her features aren't particularly masculine or feminine, it's more her hair let down that gives her face a specific gender. 5'7'', well-built, lean and athletic.

General clothing: armour, chainmail, leggings and a grey green tunic.

Personality: determined, doesn't easily back down, can range from an ambivert to mildly introverted, quick witted and quick on her feet, doesn't like being overly-mushy, usually keeps personal stuff to herself, knows when to play her cards or stay on the side-lines, follows orders when they aren't stupid.

Flaws: Too willing to put herself in danger, too withdrawn around people she cares about, thinks before she speaks but doesn't always see why what she said is offensive.

Other: Twin sister named Ophelia, stillborn baby brother, detached parents.

Appearance: Long curly golden hair always down unless at some social event, big dark ocean blue eyes, golden tan skin with light freckles everywhere, very round yet pointed features, pretty hourglass like body, and is about 4'11", 'frail and dainty'.

General clothing: Fancy dresses often purple or pastel pink. Wears pants underneath cause she's a rebel like that, and heels.

Personality: Extremely outgoing, stubborn, romanticist, slightly air headed, gifted in the arts, quite over sharing, but at the same time can be cold and ruthless, it's strange, sometimes her personality shifts so fast you can't tell if she's really is who she acts like.

Flaws: She really is forgetful, stubborn to a fault, and doesn't let even her loved ones in on her little rouse.

Other: Sole heir to the kingdom, and her parents keep trying to marry her off. She never lets them though.
