Jessica spotted one of her new bandmates, Jay, was it? She walked over and sat down beside him. She tapped his arm.
(I currently live in Brazil, so knowing Portuguese is kind of a necessity.)

"Hey, I'm Charlie. And you?" She said as she looked over at the girl next to Nathan, flashing a crooked grin. The grin that made almost all of her teacher's label her as a troublemaker.
“Hi. Liia. Enjoying the trip?” Liia replied nervously.
"It's great so far. I didn't think that I would enjoy it. . ." Charlie said, deciding to answer truthfully and not always answer with, It's awesome!, like she always did.
“I didn’t either. It’s ok so far. I’m not really a people person,” Liia smiled.
