“We have a party later I don’t think I’m going to dress nice for this party thing”

"I think so as well,". Quince replied with a small ile as they stepped into the party, loud and a ton of people.

"More people than I expected." Harper says, "You sure about this Quince?"

Quince looked uncertain as he bit his lip, “I think so,” he shoved his hands in his pockets and walked forward, taking in his surroundings.

"can I just hang around…you? If its ok with you?" Harper asks, walking next to him.

“Sure.” He walked to the drink stand, “Do you want a drink?”

Harper shook her head no and waited for Quince. She felt like she knew someone here but she thought it was just Quince so she said nothing about her gut feeling.

“I’m going to head over to the party thing. Do you want to head over with me lacie?”

“Alright,”. He grabbed a cup of lemonade and walked back to her, “So what do you want to do?”

"I'm not sure." Harper sighs

“Hm,” Quince looked around, unamused by the partying people.

"Quince can I tell you Something?" Harper asks, her heart beating faster than when she runs.

"Go ahead." Quince turned to look at her

"You won't judge me right?" Harper asks, trying to hide her nervousness

“Not at all. I’m not that kind of person.”

"So, uh its a really long story, i'll tell you when we get back to the room, but I may or may not like you."

Quince blushed, “O-oh, okay.”

"I'm sorry I shouldn't have told you that." Harper says and starts to walk towards the entrance to go back to the room.

“Hey no, it’s fine.” Quince lightly grabbed her hand.

"A-are you sure?" She asks turning around to face him

“Yeah, don’t worry.”

"O-Okay." Harper stutters and lets go of his hand

Harper stay by Quince's side and watch the party, "Should we do something?"

“I’m not sure…” Quince looked around trying to think

"We could head back, its not mandatory to be here, we could play a board games or sumthing in the room." Harper suggests, scanning the crowd.

“Sounds good to me, let’s go.” Quince headed to the door

Harper nods and trails behind Quince, "What game?"

“Good question…haha, I’m not sure,”. He looked back at her desperate for ideas
