"Uh, I have a question?" Luna spoke up.
Adventures in Vostrua! (High Fantasy RP OPEN)
Vozalynn turned to Luna. "What is it?" She was sure that people had plenty of questions. She had many herself.
"Who sent the letters?" Luna asked, "Mine didn't say."
That one, she didn't know. She took the letter out of her bag and tilted her head as she read it. "I….I don't know. Mine doesn't say either."
"We know our end goal," Luna spoke, "but we don't know who told us to achieve this end goal. That doesn't seem to make sense? What if the people who want us to do this are worse than the Evil Lord?"
Vozalynn nodded, sighing and uncrossing her arms. "I…didn't think of that. Should we find that out first?"
"I-I guess," Luna looked down, "If that's what you guys want to do."
"It would be a smart move." Vozalynn stated, putting her letter back in her bag.
"But where would we start looking?" Luna asked as she too put the letter back in the bag.
She shook her head, leaning back in her seat. Vozalynn looked around the group as she ran her fingers through her hair. "I have no clue."
Louis decided to take a seat because he has announced his presence three times. He slumped onto a chair and sipped his Apple juice.
"So we're back to square one with the letters," Luna sighed. She had no idea what to do, it wasn't that long ago that her village was wiped out. She got the letter a day or so after, so excuse her for thinking that was a tad bit suspicious.
Vozalynn sighed disappointingly, observing the map. This is useless. I don't know what I'm doing, and these nerds don't either.
Luna noticed someone new sitting with them, "Who are you?"
“Oh wow finally. Thought I turned invisible.” Louis said, “I’m Louis!”
Louis…I prefer apple juice boy. Vozalynn chuckled to herself.
"Hi there," Luna responded. She didn't know what else to say. He might've heard her name, but she wasn't sure. Luna thought it was better to be quiet.
(OKAY, I KEEP ON FORGETTING LOUIS IS 18. ._. ;-;
AhhhHhhhh.)
“Hi!” Louis said, waving dramatically.
"Wait," Luna said realizing something, "You're the one that kept drinking apple juice!"
Rhoan thought over what Luna had said, looking dubiously down at his letter.
"How did you guys receive your letters? I was met with mine when I arrived at home in Norsto," He said, taking a quick glance around. "That's the capital in Lacht," He elaborated.
Vozalynn leaned her elbows against the table. "Mine appeared in my bag."
"Same with mine," she nodded at Lilah.
"None of this matters," Nyir snapped suddenly. "All that matters is killing the Evil Lord and that is all."
(Gonna be on and off)
Vozalynn shook her head. "What if there's someone greater than the Evil Lord out there? What if they sent us these letters?" She sighed.
Rhoan grinned at Nyir, "Sure, but like they said, what if we're just pawns? I suppose I'm alright with that, we are all pawns in the eyes of the gods. Just as long as I get paid at the end of the day."
"I'm sorry," Luna snapped back. Her emotions getting riled, "This letter came at a very ominous time for me and I want answers before I go off on this big quest."
Marya listened to the group, trying to fight off her urge to talk, because her opinion obviously wasn't of much interest.
“I just came cause I was bored.”
Nyir's eyebrow twitched. "All were doing is wasting time. I trust that the one who wrote these letters will follow through. It's our only choice."
