Name: Susan Sto-Helit (Sometimes known as "Susan Death")

Species: Not anything really, but definitely looks human
Personality: Very on point, both a good leader and follower. Is an amazing babysitter that beats up monsters.
Appearance: Long white hair with a streak of black to the left side, always in a bun. Brown eyes, slightly paler than most people, tall, quite strong despite looking a bit skinny. Wears a black dress and cloak with a skull brooch, and boots as heels are useless in battle.
Power(s): Can fly, walk through solid objects, make herself completely invisible to mortals if she pleases. She can find anyone/anything she seeks, something known as "A family trait", is able to see, or rather unable to ignore the invisible things, and is also able to use her grandfather's (Death's) voice to command/intimidate others but sometimes it doesn't work.
Gear: The sword of Death, which can cut through anything. Obviously it has to be kept in a magic sheath, but that won't be mentioned much.
Other: Was raised to not believe in fantasy, but she cannot deny it exists so she is just a bit grudging towards it.

Sexuality: Married to his work, as they say, so he wouldn't really be romantically involved.
Age: There since everyone believed in death.

Personality: Take high interest in us mortals but doesn't understand our ways. Very kind, sees his job as nessecary over fun.
Appearance: Long black robe with an impressive hood, skull face, skeleton hands, smoke around where he walks.
Power(s): Death powers, need I say more?
Gear: Scythe (To reap souls), sometimes his sword, currently in use by Susan.
Other: Has a "Butler" of sorts named Albert who fries things and a pure white horse, more real than any horse ever, named Binky.

Gear: A golden magic staff with a crystal on the top held together by ornate golden flames.
Other: Can cheat death only once. Interpret that as you please :)

"Ladies and gentlemen, as you may have guessed, we're on the ship of Odysseus. There is a small variation in the timeline that we have to fix." He pauses. "Apparently, the Cyclops Polyphemus devours these men. It is crucial that this doesn't happen." Magnificent said.

Susan wandered the ship, as a mysterious door had appeared, she needed to investigate. She had ended up here. The first thing she did was look for chocolate as it was her favorite food, and then decided to explore since the strange door had disappeared and she couldn't bother looking for it.

"Wonderful," Phoenix says, "First mission and I get to save people!"

Susan regretted this decision, it was impractical and she was all about practicality. And chocolate.

(So I kinda want to have her walk in on them but I'm not sure how to go about it.)

A few hours later, everything was set, the ship was beached, camp was set, even some small game was caught.
"According to the source material, cyclopes ambush the crew later tonight. We have to let this hsppen, or God knows what the consequences could be. Just try not to get killed." He looked around and headed off.

(Just have her walk up on the crew in the woods.)

Nymyae nodded.

"The mage and I will have to refrain from using our powers, since they're too noticeable, however…" He looked towards the elf. "Nymyae… You may use yours." He headed towards the main camp. "Remember, we must let these men get captured, but we must help them escape too."
it was a complicated, unforgiving job… But it has to be done.

"Ok, this officially sucks," Phoenix sighed.

Nymyae shrugged. "It could be worse."

"Yeah, but the day's nice." Magni said, looking towards the sky.
"Ten minutes Tim's they attack!" He said, looking at his data and then around.

"So," Phoenix rolled on her heels, "How exactly do we do this?"

The last soldiers were heading off to sleep when it started. Immediately, the Cyclopes were upon them. Each was maybe twelve feet tall, maybe 500 lbs. They had long, powerfully built limbs, distended bellies, and one grey eye each, in the middle of their head.
Magnificent free into cover, yanking his comrades with him.
"Stay alive. Follow them." He heard a scream, then another in the distance.

"Wonderful," Phoenix sighed, "If I can't use magic how am I supposed to fight?"

Magni tossed her a sword and a spear. The Cyclopes ravaged the camp. Men were pounded, broken into the dirt, by their enormous clubs and hammers. Some were cleft in two by axes, others were crushed by their power. Some men were smart, they took to the shadows, and speared them in the eyes. Or shot them in the eyes with arrows. Hell ensued. Magni moved on.

"Thanks," they muttered staring at the sword and spear. She charged in with Magni.

Magni was no idiot. One by one, he avoided their tremendous reach, and speared them in the knees. After which, he impaled them through the eye-socket. He took to the shadows again if one came by, and ambushed. The rest of the soldiers, meanwhile, had given up hope they were carried off.
"Follow them!" Mangi said, stalking the cyclopes from a distance.

Susan heard a male voice shout "Follow Them!" so she went to investigate. She saw a camp, and decided to ask if they had a map or compass she could borrow.
