“Ok” James said as he closed the fridge

The doorbell rang and she went to go check it but saw no one. "Weird…"

James then asked “what’s weird”

"Nothing…"

James asked “where are your plates?”

"Top left cabinet"

“Thanks” he said then he opened the cabinet and grabbed a plate

She nods and sits in the couch

James grabs the plate and sits down next to Maria

“What was it like growing up here?” James asked

"Shitty." She said looking over at him.

“Well, mine was to” James said

"Guess we're similar."

“Yup.”

“So does this place have a government”

"More like a dictatorship."

“Oh similar to the romans”

"Th Romans…They sounded like they hated their government style too." She said getting up and stretching. "I'm going to go change."

“ ok i will to, I’ll just change in the room.” He said this as he got up and started heading to the room he slept in.

After James finished changing he walked back out of the room and waited for Maria.

“Are you there Maria?” Asked James

Maira was putting her hair up into a bun. "O-Oh yeah." She walks out in a leather jacket skinny jeans and combat boots.

“Should we go head back to the city today” asked James

She looks for contact lenses. "Maybe after i get you food and drinks. Can't have you dying of thirst or hunger can we?"

“I already have water in my backpack but I don’t have food” he said as he checked his backpack for food.

“Should I go get some from the kitchen.also don’t you need food and water as well “ asked james
