She exits her room, humming softly and heading towards the kitchen to make some tea.
Angst rp (One on One)
Kaitlin saw Feli leave her room but didn’t leave hers yet.
She yawns tiredly, placing the kettle on the stove.
Kaitlin watched before cautiously getting out of bed and walking into the living room.
"Have a good nap, princess?" She calls, placing her tea bag in her cup.
“Uh… I uh… yeah.” She said, sitting down on the couch.
Feli nods, "Want anything?" She calls.
Kaitlin shook her head, “No… no I’m okay.”
Feli nods. "Alright. Are you okay, sugar?" She calls gently.
Kaitlin nodded, “Yeah, I’m fine…” She said quietly.
Feli glances at her. "Alright…" It was obvious she was hesitant.
“I’m fine, I’m fine…” She muttered those words to herself a few times, trying to believe them with no luck.
Feli walks over to her. "Oh really?"
Kaitlin didn’t look at her, just at her hands that were resting in her lap.
Feli sits next to her, "What's wrong, sugar?" she asks softly.
“Nothing, I’m fine…” She wiped a tear that fell onto her face with a finger.
Feli pulls her into a hug. "Hush now. What's bothering you?" She runs a hand soothingly through Katies hair.
Katie shook her head a little, “I-I can’t… he might find out and…”
"Who, sugar?" She asks softly. "Find out what?"
“If he finds out I told someone then… then he’ll…” She tried not to cry, but a few more tears slipped.
"Hey, hey. Easy. Tell me what?" she whispers, wiping away her tears.
“Can… can I show you?” She asked, pulling away so she could look at her.
She nods, "Yes, of course." Feli didn't want Katie crying. She was to sweet to hurt."
Katie shuffled away a little, just enough so that she could remove her jumper and shirt. Once they were off, they revealed a mess of scars and a few cuts that were still healing on her back.
Feli's hands fly to her mouth. "Of sugar… who did that to you?" She whispers.
“Dad… mum… mainly dad.” She admitted.
Feli hugs her gently. "Let's go get you cleaned up…" She whispers. "And get you healed… They won't hurt you anymore." She says gently.
Kaitlin nodded, “They might… if they find out I’m here.”
"I won't let them hurt you." She says gently.
Kaitlin turned to Feli, “You won’t?”
