He was quiet for a few seconds, suddenly very interested in the table. Then he caught a glimpse of his watch. He cursed, and stood quickly. "I'm late for work-"
"No, it's not your fault, I kinda got distracted…" He grabbed his bag from where it was sitting on the ground.
"Yeah, well, it's not your fault." Adam smiled. "I'll talk to you later?"
Adam grinned and left the coffee shop, heading to work.
