(I would like to take Wendigo!! I read the list and hoped I could have that one. What variation of a wendigo though? I know at least three)

Ari ran through the tree's, desperately hoping that she didn't get caught by the young Dayaxa. They were playing a very intense game of hide-and-seek!

Levi's feet pounded against the ground as he zigzagged through the trees. I wish I wasn't afraid of heights. The top of the tree would be the best hiding spot…
Lucas sat in the shadow of a tree similar to a weeping willow, but golden and denser. He had a book and was reading silently, ignoring Ari running past him. She did that often, being considerably more active and adventurous than him. He was as close to silent as he could be, the only sound being his breathing.

Ari jumped up and caught a tree-branch, hoisting herself up. The young Dayaxa hopefully would smell Ari from so high up. Ari continued to climb, and started hopping from tree to tree, laughing softly when she saw Levi on the ground.
If only he weren't afraid of heights…
Feran heard his friends racing through the trees above him, smiling to himself. Laughing softly at their antics, he went back to tending his garden, and started singing to himself. Hoping that they wouldn't run straight through his garden again. He was still finding feathers and scales from his non-human friends!

The noise was getting more intense, so Lucas looked up. More people were running around now, and he decided to find a stopping place in his book and stand up. He looked around for a quieter place, stepping out from the safety of his tree.
Zoe was playing a game with the little dragon. They raced through the treetops with blinding speed. The air was filled with the sound of roars and laughter. Neither of them have fallen yet. They could see the finish line in sight where Mother was sitting patiently waiting for them to finish so they could go get food. " I'm going to get you Felix!" Zoe remarked with joy as both were tied so far.
Ari jumped to one final tree, but lost her footing and crashed to the ground with a yelp, right beside Feran's garden. She coughed as she tried to regain her breath, and laughed when the young Dayaxa named Harli ran over to her.
"I got you!" Harli cried. Ari rolled her eyes and stood.
"Sorry Feran." she said sheepishly. "At least we didn't get in your garden this time!"

Levi had no idea what to do. He looked up at Ari in the tree above him, wishing he could climb up there with her. Nope. It's not worth it. Instead, he ran to a large bush and tried to hide in it, the leaves getting in his hair.
Ari bent down and picked up Harli, who let out a Dayaxa call signaling that the game was over. "Hows the garden going?" Ari asked.
Lucas held his breath as someone almost ran into him, looking for another tree further away. He spotted one and looked around to make sure it was safe before making his way towards it.

Levi ran up to Ari and Feran, still somehow not out of breath. He sat down on the soft grass, trying to pick the leaves out of his hair.
As Lucas walked by, he spotted the garden. And was that… "Ari?" He paused, taking in the scene.
It wasn't long before both Felix and Zoe were on the ground again racing towards their mother. Her muscles ached and burned but she kept going, that was until she trip on a rock and fell into a hole.
Ari turned at the sound of her brothers voice. "Oh hey Lucas!"
"Er… what are you doing?" He held the book against his chest, standing still.
"We were playing hide-and-seek with Harli." she said, tucking her hair behind her ear.
