Liam laughed, it was a lightly throaty laugh. He looked at Lydian "well, you could have an outfit beneath your dress. As a hidden plan in case you get cornered." He said, thinking out loud

Lydian couldn’t help smiling when he laughed, the sound cheery, a sound she didn’t get to hear very often. She then cocked her head to the side, pondering his idea. “Maybe.. It could be smart. I do carry my dagger with me at least, so I’m not completely defenseless if I were to be attacked.”

It took Dante two stressful hours to bandage the soldier's wound. He carefully washed it and laid the soldier in bed. The soldier woke up a few hours later, disoriented but nonetheless alert. "Hello? Where am I?" He called out. Dante peeked his head into the room.
"You're in my carpenter shop, Julian. I found you outside, and you were bleeding so much…" Julian's face softened into a smile.

Liam nodded "if you came to my home, I could have a close friend of mine show you some ideas." He said.

"Thanks, Dante. That was some battle." Julian slowly sat up, his bandaged arm in a sling.

“Taking a women home already- you do know that we hardly know each other, “ she flashed a grin, joking in an exasperated voice. She then thought for a second, then said, “Although, I’d be willing to hear out those ideas. I don’t have anything that I have to do for a while yet either.” She rambled On, running through her mental checklist.

Ren rushed past poeple, darting this way and that and avoiding Lords he knew would scold him for his actions. Eventually, he stopped to catch his breath not knowing what to do, “Gosh I’m an idiot.”

Dante and Julian chatted on Dante's bed. "Thanks for helping me out, but I should go soon. Check on my comrades."

"I-i didnt mean anything by it! I was simply– I dont want– it wasnt –." He sputtered, slightly flustered. Liam took a deep breath and looked at her "shall we go right now? Or would another time be suitable for My Lady?" He asked

Lydian giggled, smiling at how flustered he got at her joke. It was too pure, the way he reacted. She cleared her throat then replied, “Right now can work for me, as I don’t have anything planned until the ball later tonight- so right now, unless the Lord has other things he must attend to?”

Dante tried to avoid outside

"The lord has one appointment with you today." He teased and started walking in the direction of the stables.

She gave a small laugh, then lightly shook her head. She followed along beside him, noticing they were heading towards the stables.

Liam walked over to his horse's stall and pet his head. "We shall be riding to my family's home." He said, gesturing to another horse in the stall beside his own.

“That’s fine- I have my own horse though. I’ll get her saddled.” She turned and walked a little ways away, before reaching another stall. A big black Friesian horse leaned her head over the gate as Lydian reached up to pet her. “Hey Farasha,” she quietly said as she stroked her muzzle.

Liam smiled in her direction then quickly asked the stable hands to saddle his horse. Few minutes later, he mounted Laiken and steadily trotted towards Lydian

After having a stable hand fetch her saddle and bridle, she quickly got everything on the horse. She double checked the straps, then jumped up into the saddle. She adjusted the reins in her hands until they were the right length, then looked over at Liam. “I’m ready when you are,” she said, absentmindedly stroking Farasha’s neck.

"Let's go then, shall we?" He said and urged Laiken forward.

She clicked her tongue, and Farasha instantly lurched forward, quickly falling into step with Liam and his mount.

A little while later, they came to his families home and he gestured to it "welcome to my humble abode."

She looked around the setting, the phantom half smile that was on her face becoming clearer again. “You have a very nice home,” she complimented, moving a stray piece of hair from her face. It was certainly simpler than the castle here, but it was refreshing, to see somewhere that wasn’t embellished and glistening.

"Well my family isnt very fond of glamorous things. We prefer to live a simple life if honour of my great grandfathers life as a simple merchant." He said. As their horses trotted closer to the building, they saw a guardsmen telling them halt. Seeing the young master, they lightly bowed and opened the gate to the small village type living space.
