"We need to get her," Barron says to the other guards.
"Four more minutes," Tom tells him, tapping his watch.
"Well aware." Barron growls, "Goddamit! She was all we had! How are we supposed to figure out how the infected work now!"
Apocalypse RP {finally starting back up}
group
After waiting for a while, Livia figured they weren’t coming back and became worried. She began to run and finally came across Jacob, among others. “Where’s Hannah?” She whispered.
"Bitch gave us the slip." One of the guards growled at her, "And she only starting acting like this when you got here."
"Did you do anything to her?" Another guard asks, "Did you give her something?"
(who are the guards talking to)
group
(Oh, okay)
“Me, specifically? No. I’m not sure what happened, truth be told. You can continue to treat us like scum, but when we find the cure, you damn well better be thanking us,” Livia spat back, “Believe it or not, we’re not here to antagonize you.”
"When you find the cure? As if." Harold scoffs.
(This RP will NOT die!!!)
group
“So you’re just going to lay down and die?” Livia sighed, “What a horrible way to go out.”
group
(It’s all good, I had college orientation today, which is why I haven’t been here.)
"We are not going to lay down and die." The guard snaps,"We were halfway to finding the cure before you got here. Until our asset got out, thanks to you and your friends."
group
“She escaped of her own volition. Anyway, if you know what’s good for you and everyone else, you’ll make sure the people living here join forces with us. We’ve got information that might be useful in finding a cure, too.” Livia closed her stance. “And it’s never good to rely on a single person for all of your needs like that. What would happen to your precious research if she died?”
"Information? Like what?" Tom asks, folding his arms over his chest.
group
“You think I’m just going to tell you, huh? Cute.” Livia laughed. “We’d surely have to cut a deal first. Wait until the wave is over. We’ll see if Hannah made it, then we can talk.”
"Ohh, she'll make it." Barron scoffs, "Not so sure about her cat though, but who cares about him. Just another useless animal eating our food. We only kept him because we thought that would be enough to keep Hannah here. Now look where we are."
group
(I have to go. I should be back later.)
(kk, bye.)
A guard passes the classroom. He turns to Fawn. "Have you seen some of the newcomers?" he asks. "No. Why?" "Because one helped Hannah escape." Fawn looks down at her hands. She hopes Hannah ran far from here. Why did I agree to help them? The extra food portions helped when my father was sick but now that he is gone, I am still caught up in this mess. "Did any lab results come back?" the guard questions Fawn. "No, not yet." she struggles to lie, and the guard believes her. He walks off. If I tell them the truth, she won't live.
Hannah was digging. That's all she focused on. Just dig. Just dig She repeated over and over in her head.
group
“Why would she run off in the first place? Especially during a wave? Obviously we didn’t intend for this to happen. We just wanted to shelter here because we’re on that journey to find the cure and it wouldn’t do us any good getting caught in the wave.” Livia began to pace. “Although, a little off-topic, but I do have a question… does anyone from my family perhaps live here? My name is Livia Stahl.”
"Stal…Stal?" Jake repeated, pacing back and forth, "Is anyone in your family named Alyssa Stal?"
group
“No…” Livia sighed, “It’s probably just as I feared. My search is for nothing. I’m sure most, if not all of my family was Affected. Best case scenario, she’s a distant cousin I’ve never met.”
"Well, sorry we can't help but WE HAVE BIGGER PROBLEMS HERE!!!" Barron yells.
group
“It’s fine, I just figured it was worth asking.” Livia looked back up at Barron. “But what do you expect us to do about it? I’m not going out during a wave, and neither is anyone else.”
"It's almost over," Tom tells Barron.
"Well, with every second that passes by, SHE'S GETTING FURTHER AND FURTHER AWAY!" Barron yells.
group
Livia sat down against the wall. “Well, I’ll rest up so I can chase her down once the wave is over. If she’s still alright out there, that is.”
"Trust me, she's alive." Jon says.
group
“I’m sure, she seems like a survivor.” Livia peered outside. The sky was clouded over with the swarms of mosquitos still, but they were less heavy than they had been earlier. “Well, looks like I can head out soon, perhaps.”
"We better be able to," Barron grumbles.
group
(Uhhh should we go ahead and make the wave pass? I don't want to jump into anything since I didn't start this RP)
