Arthur and Mikhail

Arthur followed curiously, his feet making next to no sound as be walked just behind Mikhail.

Mikhail made his way to an small opening in the forest, looking a bit surprised when he saw Alice instead of Zyra. Alice was about to scold Mikhail but saw a man behind him. "Who's that guy?"

Arthur shied a bit, "My name's Arthur…" he said, forcing a braver stance.

"Wait, don't tell me-" Alice started but was cut off my Mikhail.

"Yes, yes, he's my boyfriend. Can we go now?" Mikhail replied.

Arthur blushed, but grinned, waiting to see what Milhail would do.

"Aww, look at you all grown up with a boyfriend," Alice said, smiling at Arthur now.

Mikhail sighed, looking a bit annoyed. "Alice, I'm not a child, thank you very much. Can we please go now? If you annoy me anymore, I will sock you in the face."

Arthur blushed even more, silently laughing at Mikhail.

Alice sighed and rolled her eyes. "Don't even try, I'm the one that taught you everything you know," She said before turning around and walking towards the door.

Mikhail sighed before gently grabbing Arthur's hand and following Alice.

Arthur rolled his eyes at her threat, "like I'd let her get anywhere near you…" he said, just loud enough for Mikhail to hear.

Mikhail's face heated up at that and he turned around to look at Arthur. "Don't worry, I can still beat her."

Arthur grinned, "I know" he said.

Mikhail nodded and squeezed Arthur's hand before glancing at Alice.

Arthur returned the gesture, watching the other curiously.

Alice quickly came to a stop when she saw the door and held it open for Mikhail and Arthur. "Couples first."

Mikhail glared at her before walking through the door while holding Arthur's hand. "You'll regret saying that."

Arthur gave him a curious look, but followed quietly.

(NO WORRIES!!)

The pair instantly appeared in a high-tech building with people walking around while talking to someone or looking at a lightly transparent blue screen which wasn't attached to anything.

Alice appeared behind them and took the lead again, leading them to Mikhail and Alice's cubicles.

Arthur looked around curiously, trying to hide just how amazed he was as he followed Mikhail, making mental note of the million questions.

In here, Mikhail wasn't the only one with colored hair, almost every other person had colored hair ranging from a fiery bright red to a dark royal purple.

"Aaaand we're here," Alice said, glancing at the screen that had popped up in front. "Also, I've got to take care of something, can I trust you for now?" She asked, not even waiting for an answer for heading off.

"So-um-what do you think so far?" Mikhail asked softly, glancing at Arthur.

"Amazing" said Arthur looking over at him, his green eyes filled with curiosity more than anything.

Mikhail chuckled and tugged Arthur a bit closer. "What do you want to know about first?"

"What are those blue square things everyone's carrying about?" he asked, genuinely curious.

Mikhail smiled a bit and made his own screen appear. "This?" He asked, the screen showed a profile of a woman who looked similar to Mikhail in a lot of ways. For example, same skin color, same smile, the same cerulean blue eyes, but there were a few differences too.

"Yeah" said Arthur "Never seen one before."

(Remember he was born in the middle of nowhere right?"

(Okay then)

"It's like a phone, but lighter and easily transportable," Mikhail explained.

Arthur nodded, still curious, "Alright."

"Anything else you want to know about?" Mikhail asked, knowing Arthur probably had a lot of questions.

"What exactly is this place even for?" he asked.
