Backstory: When Steve was injected with the serum, his DNA was altered, so Hervey was born with the delayed aging and increased strength

Personality: really energetic, super confident, willing to do anything, never says no, outgoing
Outfit: Black jeans, dark purple studded boots, black top, purple leather jacket
Strengths: Her speed, more tbd
Weaknesses: When she's stressed she speaks really fast and its either in Spanish or English. Sometimes she has episodes where she just vibrates really fast and can't be touched, by they usually only last a few minutes
Abilities: Super speed
Backstory: Her parents created a machine that was supposed to help people learning to walk again walk sooner. Avery was testing it out and it malfunctioned, blowing up. She woke up in the hospital a week later perfectly fine. At her next training session, she discovered she had super speed.
Other (im adding it cause i need it): Lesbian, Latino and speaks Spanish, Her parents run a very successful and famous tech company, and they are close with Tony
