Personality: Velius is much like his name, cloaked. He tends to push people away and keep his mouth firmly shut unless he has a word to put in there. He comes of cold and foreboding but when you get close to him he's a huge sweetheart.
Appearance: Almond shaped silver eyes, pale skin, short and wavy white hair, lean build, but has a fair amount of muscle.
Background: (Optional but recommended): He doesn't know his past. He was an experiment in SHIELD and ended up becoming what he is. He was born May 7th and was genetically created.
Power/Skills: Telepathy, telekinesis, water, manipulating people's minds, healing (Himself)
Strengths: His abilities, his strengths and his natural leader instinct
Weaknesses: He's hot headed and closed off, will do anything for his team
