"Sorry, Kasey. I should listen to you…" Liam mumbled, letting out a slightly shaky breath.

"It's okay. I know you're dealing with some things. I just wish I could help, is all," Kasey said, her voice softening to nearly a whisper.
"Just you being here helps," Liam sighed, "Sorry, you're the one with the bullet injury, I should be helping you out…"

"Like you said, you just being here helps," Kasey assured him, turning slightly to kiss his cheek.
Liam smiled a little at her and wrapped an arm around Kasey, "I love you…" He muttered.

"I love you, too," Kasey sighed with a smile, wrapping her own arm around Liam.
Liam placed a kiss to Kasey's head and sighed a little, "You still feeling tired?"

"Mm, yeah, I guess. I think the nap helped, though," Kasey chuckled, giving him a sheepish smile.
Liam laughed lightly and gave her a soft smile back, "I can imagine."

"In my defense, I was shot and poisoned!" Kasey laughed. "I have a right to be tired."
“I know you do. I wasn’t saying it was a bad thing.” Liam said, chuckling.

"Well, good," Kasey laughed lightly, nudging him playfully.
Liam smiled and nudged her back, “What Do ya wanna do Now?”

"I dunno… Want to watch a movie in my room or on the couch or something?" Kasey suggested with a shrug.
“Sure, that sounds like a good idea. You’re room or living room?” Liam asked, making a move to stand.

"I don't mind either way, that's why I asked you," Kasey said, shrugging before she gently set Motem on the floor. She looked up at Liam and held her hands up to him. "Help me, please?"
“Of course.” Liam smiled and took her hands, gently lifting her from the floor and wrapping her in a hug.

"Oh, hi," Kasey giggled when Liam hugged her, returning the embrace with a smile.
Liam chuckled and pressed a kiss to her head, “Your room for the movie?”

"Sure. What do you want to watch?" Kasey asked, pulling away gently.
“Anything but romance.” Liam said with a light laugh.

"Aw, is it too sappy for you?" Kasey teased with a light laugh as she started toward her room. "What about… Ugh, I don't know…"
“Um… how about… priest? Vampires and fighting and cool things.” Liam said with a grin, following her.

"Um, maybe not? What about… Black Panther?" Kasey suggested, glancing at him as she opened the door to her room.
“Seen it five times already… If you want Marvel how about Doctor Strange?” Liam raises an eyebrow.

"I haven't seen that one yet, so sure!" Kasey chirped, grinning at him before stepping into her room.
Liam chuckled, “Great! I think it’s on Netflix.”

Kasey plopped into her bed and crossed her legs as she grabbed the remote off the nightstand. "All right. Let's see, then…"
