Belle glanced at Muen and sat down on the floor, crossing one leg over the other and leaning back on her hands.
"Sorry," she said, her volume considerably lower. "What was it this time?"

"My boyfriend pushed me down the stairs and then told me he was kicking me out," Meun muttered, moving his arm to reveal a sizeable gash he had done his best to cover with a few bandages
Belle frowned. "That sucks. Do you want some help cleaning that up?" she offered, gesturing to the cut.
Riverpaw walked into the room, holding her medical kit. "I-I've got it." She said, and sat down next to Meun. "Are you okay?"
"It stings a bit, but I'm alright otherwise," Meun assured her. He sat up, his legs swinging idly off the edge of the counter as he folded his arms loosely
"You're sure?" Belle asked, standing up and crossing her arms over her chest. "'Cause that won't be fun if it gets infected. And I am not dealing with an infection."
Riverpaw shook her head slightly, taking out some gauze and a small bottle of hydrogen peroxide. "Stay still, please." She carefully took the bloody wrapping off.

A truck pulled up to the gas station, and Floyd exchanged a few words with his brother before getting out and walking inside. He gave a whistle as he looked at some of the others all crowded around Meun. “Hell happened to you?” He asked.
"I got thrown down a flight of stairs," Meun replied curtly. "And then promptly told that I was being kicked out of the third home this year."
"And he doesn't want help," Belle added, turning to face Floyd with her arms still crossed.
"I don't like to burden people with my problems. What's so wrong with that?" Meun asked, a hint of something almost like he was holding back tears working its way into his voice
Belle sighed and looked back over at Meun.
"You're not burdening anyone if they offer to help you," she explained, trying to be gentle. "If someone offers to help, that means that they actually want to help."
Riverpaw looked up at him and had to struggle not to hug him due to the stuff in her way. "O-okay, this m-may sting a little." She lifted the wet gauze to the gash.
"Tell that to the person who said they wanted to help me a month ago and then threw me down the stairs," Meun said with a small pout
"Okay, but, see, I offered to help you. Not that jerk. How long have you known me, Meun? Do I ever offer to do something that I don't intend to fulfill?" Belle asked.
“But I don’t want to bother you,” Meun protested softly, wincing a bit as Riverpaw put the gauze on his cut
August walked into the gas station, setting his bag down on the ground. "What happened?" He asked the group, eyeing Meun's cut.
Belle narrowed her eyes. "You're not. If I offer to do something, it's not a bother to me. Got it?"
“I got thrown down the stairs!” Meun explained exhasperatedly, throwing his hands in the air before resting them in his lap again
Riverpaw flinched and put her hands on his to steady him. "P-please don't move so much." She squeaked, startled by the outburst.
"By who?" August asked, walking over. He knelt down next to Meun. "How long have you had this?"
(Can I join still?)
(Yeah)
“It happened this morning,” Meun mumbled, doing his best to stay still
"Who gave it to you?" August asked again. "Are you alright?"
“My ex-boyfriend,” Meun muttered, his voice growing a bit quieter
(Is he good?)
Name: Rigel Keifer
Age: 21
Gender: Male
Sexuality: Bi
Looks: Hardcore tries to look like a greaser, has deep brown eyes
Outfit: Wears ripped jeans and (See image above)
Personality: Acts kind of distant but really isn’t, he protects his own, loyalty for sure is one of his best values. Can be a bit cold-blooded at times. Develop more later(?)
Other: He’s really good at sleight of hand (suspiciously good) and is really good at sneaking around. Doesn’t necessarily mind when people use/wrong him, just as long as he gets something good out of it.
Belle frowned as she watched Meun. This had clearly hurt him badly, but, admittedly, she wasn't the best person to comfort someone. She would try her best, though, if only because he was part of their little team thing.
"Hey, it'll be okay. I'm sure you'll meet someone better than him," she assured him. "And in the meantime, you've got us, right?"
“My ex-boyfriend,” Meun muttered, his voice growing a bit quieter
August's gaze softened. "Do you want me to talk to him?" August asked, both of them knowing that "talking" would include quite a bit of violence.
(Yeah, he’s good)
“No thank you,” Meun mumbled. He still felt horrible though. This had been the third boyfriend he had in the past half year, each more abusive than the last
(Also… Should he already be part of the gang and just be a late arrival or join rn or….?)
