August nodded, running a hand through his hair as he walked out of the room. He closed the door behind him, and looked at Meun with a soft expression. "Hey," he said gently, not completely sure what else to say.

Colden got off his bike in front of a small house and walked over to the front door. He opened it and walked in, furniture was everywhere. Slowly he walked through the house into a bedroom where a little kid was. "Hey, i got your message. come on let's go." he said then helped the kid up and walked to the door. then a car started driving into the driveway. "Go hide, it will be ok." he walked out the door and looked at the guy who stepped out of the car.
Meun had been trying to keep it together. Really, he had. But the moment he heard August's voice he broke into tears. He clutched at August desperately, burying his face in the other's chest as he sobbed softly
August made a gentle noise, wrapping his arms around Meun. He kissed his forehead before letting his chin rest on the other's head. "Hey, hey, it's going to be okay. I know it's been hard these past couple days, but it's going to get better, I promise. No one's going to hurt you. I won't let them. I'm here for you, alright?"
Meun could only nod as he cried, doing his best to hide his sobs in the fabric of August’s shirt. He was so tired and worried, he just didn’t know what to do anymore

August let out a shaky breath. "Do you think she's going to be okay?" He asked softly. "I don't think I could handle losing her. I- She's family. You're all my family. I don't think I could lose any of you."
"S-She can't die, August," Meun managed to choke out, gripping August tightly still as he spoke. "She can't, it's not fair."
August let out a humorless laugh. "And life's been plenty fair to us so far, hasn't it?" He immediately winced at his own words. "Sorry," he added after a moment. "I haven't been that… good, have I?"
Meun immediately shook his head. "No, n-no, you've been amazing to me. You're the only fair thing in this horrible world."

Rigel let out a shaky breath, standing to walk to Aspen’s bedside and take a chair to sit next to her bed. Rigel hoped the others didn’t notice when he took her hand in his. Rigel slowly started to whisper, “Be okay. Just- be okay. Aspen, please.”

Riverpaw watched Rigel for a moment, then stood up to go back to the futon on the other side of the room. She sat down, putting her jacket under her so she could pull her feet up without dirtying the furniture, and took a drink of water.

(Low-key though guys we should probably come up with a way for Aspen to wake up before we do anything else. Also, sorry I haven't been on much, but I just got a new laptop so I'll be on more)

(Apparently there was this 12 year old kid who fell into a coma. When he woke up, he was completely physically paralyzed, and the doctor's misdiagnosed him and believed he was in a vegetative state when he had really regained full consciousness and awareness. His hospital only played old Barney reruns, and like most kids who are too old for Barney, this kid hated him. He learned to tell time by the shadows on the walls and was able to figure out when the reruns would end. This allowed him to slowly pull himself onto the path of recovery, and nowadays he can communicate by some computer program easily.
