Kaden took lead at the head of their herd. "Stay behind me and do as I say." He said to the girls behind him. Damn, now that Ryker is gone I'm the only guy. He started to walk through the labyrinth, careful where he stepped and listened for any noises coming at them.

Wendi nodded and kept her daggers in her hands.

Terri looked at Kaden, "And why should we do that?"

"One, because I'm the oldest. Two, I have more experience than any of you. And three, I may be the only thing between you and sudden death."

Terri rolled her eyes, "Okay. Whatever you say."

"I think you should listen to him," Mihala piped up, "Ryker just died and being rude to our 'new leader' isn't going to help."

Phoebe's breath hitched at his name and she released a sob. SHe didn't stop walking though. She just clutched his bag to her chest, breathing in his lingering scent. It did the opposite of calm her down. It just made her miss more and her heart ached. She didn't bother to wipe the tears and mascara streaks away. Half her face was covered in his blood and her shirt was soaked in it. For the first time in her life, she didn't care about how she looked. She didn't care about anything.

Kaden sighed and nodded. "We need to find a way out of here. We can't go back so we have to go forward."

Wendi nodded, "I think there's something this way."

She was pointing ahead of them.

Mihala covered her mouth.
"I'm sorry!" She ran after Phoebe, trying to comfort her.
"I didn't mean too!"

She shook her head and shrugged her off. "It's okay." She croaked.

"No, it isn't!" Mihala broke into tears, "It's all my fault! I got stuck in that cave! I put you all in danger! R-Ryker died! B-because of me!"

She flinched when she said his name again but she managed to hold back the sob, though a few tears did slip down Phoebe's cheeks. "Not your fault."

"Yes it is!" Mihala fall to the ground pulling Phoebe down with her. Mihala sobbed as she hugged Phoebe.

Kaden walked over and pulled her off of Phoebe. "Pull yourself together Mihala, before you draw attention to us."

Mihala stood shakely, wiping the many tears from her eyes. She had put so many of her camp mates in danger.
"I-I-I'm sorry," Mihala held back another sob.

(Man. This got sad all of a sudden)

Kaden sighed. "Just stop crying and keep walking."

"Uh-huh," Mihala looked at the ground, wiping her eyes.
(I literally watching a tv shows were one character is blaming herself for someone else's pain and she is in full tears. BAM! Inspiration!)

(And then I'm just casually hardcore shipping the two main characters like ya do)
