Vixenkit shrugged and hopped off to find Swanfeather or Whitestreak. She found Swanfeather in the medicine den and quickly listed what she thought Cloudypaw would need. The she bounced away to find Mistpaw and Flamepaw because she knew she probably wasn't needed yet.
She found them where she'd left them, ignoring each other in the middle of the camp. She went to Mistpaw first. "What's wrong, what did I miss?" She asked, "I miss apprenticeship with you guys by half a moon and I miss all the good stuff!"
Cloudypaw stuck close to Stormpaw as they ate. She kept her eyes up, darting around watching cats as they poked their heads out of dens or around corners to watch her, their eyes full of curiosity, not malice, as she expected. 'WindClan isn't like Whitestar and his cronies, they're kind and they question things.' she reminded herself. She glanced at Stormpaw, then closed her eyes to continue eating. StarClan, they hurt. Fawnstar was going to be angry with Rainfrost and Scorchfeather when he found out. Good.
Swiftstar padded back to Springheart and pressed her head under the queens chin. "Very much so." She said, flicking her eyes to the young she-cat. "Why does this always happen to WindClan, while I'm leader. I think Squirrelstar would like something to happen over at RiverClan, I would even say she's bored."
Hawkwillow practically crashed into his brother as he entered the warriors den. "Oh hi, Barkclaw!" He touched Barkclaw's head with his nose. "Sorry." He looked outside and mewed, "Did you find some lost ThunderClan cats?"
