He smiled at Mariko and leaned in slightly. "At least we're on the same page."
"Same page." Mariko echoed, noticing that Micah'd leaned in a bit.

Micah's smile grew as he leaned in further, kissing her soft lips again.
Mari leaned into the kiss, running her hands through Micah's hair and pulling herself closer to him.

He leaned forward slightly, trying to balance on one foot. Micah leaned a little too far though and he fell down.

Mariko fell on top of him, laughing.

"Ouch." He spread his arms out on the floor, breathing heavily and laughing.
"You were the one that fell!" she pushed herself off and sat up on the floor, prodding Micah's side.

He sat up, his injured leg out in front of him. "Yeah that's true." Micah rubbed his back.
Mariko hugged Micah, her chin resting on his head, "You need to get better. Also, with that injured leg, do you really think you can come with me? I love you Micah. I don't want you to get more hurt than you already are."

"Yes, I can come with you. The bullet just grazed my leg, it didn't do anything serious." He smiled slightly. "You're not changing my decision."
She furrowed her eyebrows, "You can't stand."

"Yes I can." To prove his point, Micah grabbed the wall and tried to pull himself up.
Mariko rolled her eyes and grabbed onto Micah's arms, balancing him, "No you can't."

He leaned back against the wall as he stood up. "I'm up now, see? I can stand."
Mari groaned, "Stop being so stubborn."

Miles giggled, and accidentially cut herself with a knife while chopping peppers.

Micah grinned. "Never. I'm going with you." He looked around. "Should we go find everyone else?"
"Yeah. We should do that." Mari took his hand, "Do you know where they went?"
"Got a band-aid?"

He shook his head. "No idea." Micah pointed down the hall. "Maybe that way?"
"Maybe." Mariko smiled, then looked down at their clasped hands, "Is my metal hand too cold?"
"Ok, I'll just make do." She sauteed the peppers and other various vegtables, made a cheesy sauce, and broiled some sausage, cooking at full speed, seasoning here and there.
