Micah's whole face turned red. "What?! Her..her what?! We uh…we just met."
Phoebe smiled at him knowingly. "Whatever you say…"
Marco cracked a smile. "How long until we leave? Oh. Wait your girlfriend should know that, wake her up!"

He crossed his arms and leaned back in his seat. "She's not my girlfriend…" Micah muttered to himself. How long had Mariko said it was until they got there? Twenty minutes? He wake her up right before then.
Marco rolled his eyes and stared out the window.

Micah leaned over to Phoebe and Marco, pointing to the strange girl. "Who's that?"
Mariko woke with a start, "Why didn't any of you wake me up?" she checked the time: 15 more minutes. Grumbling, she sat up and then noticed the tension in the room. "What happened?"

Micah jolted up when her heard Mariko's voice. "Nothing."
Marco snickered. "He asked you out."
"I can tell you're lying." Mariko tapped the side of her temple and frowned.

Micah glared at Marco. "I did not! I swear…I didn't!"
Phoebe grinned from the side.
Marco cracked a grin. "Jeez. I know you didn't, just messing with you."

Micah rolled his eyes and crossed his arms again, turning to Mariko. "How much long until we get there?"
"13 minutes." Mariko touched her cheeks; she was blushing.
Phoebe absentmindedly wipes some grime off her hands, glancing again towards the girl in the black dress.

He nodded. "Alright." Micah was getting more nervous the closer they got. His legs were bouncing up and down.
as ellis opened her eyes she noticed other teens maybe her age staring at her.
they seemed like they didn't belong here.

Micah saw the strange girl look up. After a few seconds he realized he was staring so he looked down at the floor.
Mariko took a deep breath. She didn't have time for love or crushes. She had two goals in mind: Destroy the scientists who'd operated on her and Make Kyli sorry.

Micah looked back up at the weird girl and waved slightly to get her attention. He had no idea what he was going to do if she responded, but he had to know why she was here. After all, they were on the run.
And yet, Mariko was it with a pang of jealousy when Micah waved to the girl in the back. She stomped the thought out of her brain. Focus.
(Marco's the only one who hasn't notice Ellis.)

The girl didn't respond. Micah didn't bother trying to get her attention after that. He just hoped that she wouldn't turn them in.
Phoebe tugged on Marco’s sleeve, tilting her head towards the girl in the black dress.
Marco peers over Phoebe and looks at the girl, he then sits back down. "So?"
“Doesn’t she seem off to you?”, Phoebe whispered.
ellis turned toward the teen who was waving at her
what? she replied.
"No?" Marco didn't see anything out of the ordinary with that girl.

Micah heard the girl and he looked up. He looked over at Marco and Phoebe, gesturing to the girl. "How am I supposed to ask her not to turn us in without being suspicious?" He whispered.
