Elijah slid off the roof of his uncle's van and walked towards the cooler on the ground. He took out two cans of coke and tossed one at Aeron. "Are you all packed?"
Xiv smiled brightly at all the people. She was so glad that her friend had invited her along. "Yep!"
Aeron caught it with one hand, “Yeah, well, as packed as I can be. You?” He opened the can and took a drink.
Xiv quickly mafe her way away from the boys, realising that Elijah hadn't been talking to her.
"Of course." He said, taking a sip. "I don't know where Cecil is though."
(Elijah just calls his uncle "Cecil" btw)
Xiv made her way back to Marlowe. "You excited?!"
Aeron shrugged and nudged him with an elbow, “Don’t stress. He’s your uncle, he’ll be here.” He said smiling.
Elijah smiled back. "Yeah, but he's my uncle, so he'll probably just show up with some part of him on fire before yelling at all of us to get in the van."

Aeron laughed, “That is true. You can never be too careful with uncles, can you?” He said, liking the thought of being close to Elijah for a while. Some part of him had a hunch tha he liked guys, like himself but he didn’t want to bring it up and make a fool of himself.
