Zanna didn't hear another Marco so she quietly dunked themselves underwater and moved away from Laura. The water burned a little in her eyes, but at least they were away from Laura. She popped back up a fair ways away.

Laura couldn't hear anyone anymore. "Marco?" She called out.

"Polo" James says, starting to get the hang of it. CC was in the corner, busy trying to pull all of her hair into a bun. She would do a ponytail, but that still is too long. It would still get in the way.. She had talked James into guardian her while she does.
Well she didn't have to do.much talking. It went more like this
"Hey i need to pull my haor up, can you guard me? Ill give you a dollar or somethin"
"Oh no it's fine! I dont need money, I'll guard you anyway."
"Oh….okay"
Laura had heard James, and quickly dove after him. "Marco!" She called again.
Zanna called out quietly, "Polo."
Laura heard a faint voice, but she's felt she was so close to someone just a second ago.

James panicked as he looked at Laura, then back at CC who was trying her best to hurry. "H-hey! She's coming! Move!" James says to CC
Laura heard more talking, now she knew she was on the right track. "Marco…" She called.

"POLO" CC yelled before grabbing James hand and diving underwater, having him follow behind her. Soon they were near Zanna. "Hey, babysit for me" she says letting go of James and swimming to the other side.
“Polo,” Zanna said and looked to CC strangely. Wouldn’t it be smarter to split up so Laura had less a chance of catching them? Oh well they supposed.
Laura heard a small splash, this was getting ridiculous. She let out a huff and turned around still unable to find them.

"Sorry!! I'll leave!" He says to Zanna as he starts swimming to the other side of the pool. He felt as if she didn't particularly want him there..
"Polo!" He says as he reached the other side.
"I swear! Are you guys walking outside of the pool!? That's cheating!" She groaned, but then smiled a bit trying not to laugh.

"N-no! We're just near the walls and corners" James says with a shrug. "James!! You weren't supposed to say that! No she knows where we are!" CC yells over the pool to him.
"Oh…sorry. I'm not very good at this am i"
Zanna looked James dead in the face and called out, "Polo." Before dunking back underwater to find a new spot to hide.
Laura laughed now. "You're fine! I needed the hint." She said giggling.

CC panicked a bit and just stayed in the corner, hiding underwater. Her hair came out of the bun and was now floating everywhere around her tiny body.
Laura gropped around for the side, and followed it to one of the corners.

James didn't know what to do when he saw Laura coming his way, so he just stayed quiet until someone else called polo.
Zanna called out polo from close to the center of the pool, "Polo."
Laura found a corner and huffed when she found nobody was there. She had heard Zanna from the center, or what she assumed was the center. But as she turned she hit something under water, it felt somewhat like a foot. She turned back around and called out again. "Marco!"

"O-ow!" James says as she kicked his foot. "I mean….polo? Wait…am i it?" He says confused
She opened her eyes hearing his exclamation of pain. "Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry did I hurt you bad?" She asked concerned. "And- I uh, yeah?"

"Oh! Uh…sorry. I was just….uh. I mean yeah you stubbed my toe. But it's fine" he smiled at her.
Unlike Levi who would never show that kind smile of his, James smiled politely all of the time. No big cheesy smiles though. Only Jamasin did that.
James smile was nice and sweet like honey, the dimple on the left side of his cheek showing below his freckled face.
Levi would never.
Laura nodded. "Oh- okay." She smiled back. "Alright guys! Le-James is it!" She said tripping over his name. "Count to 15 then shout Marco. Okay?" She asked smiling.

"Uh…okay?" He stepped over to the middle, then turned back to Laura. "Wait I close my eyes…right?"
"Mhmm." She hummed taking a deep breath and dunked her head below the water.

"Okay?" He closed his eyes "polo! Wait…no. Uh… 1..2..3.. Am i doing this right?"
She brought her head above the water and saw him struggling. SHe walked over and placed a hand on his arm. "Okay, count to 10, with your eyes closed." She smiled though he couldn't see it. "And then when you're done counting, you say Marco. Listen for our voices and then you try and tag us." She said walking away.
