Lixi quietly opened the door to her little small cottage. It wasn't crazy or anything, just simple. "Mom, I'm home." Lixi announced as she closed the door behind her and put the mask down on a small stand…….No response. "Mom?" Lixi tried again. Mom was always home, maybe she's sleeping? Lixi walked around the unusually quiet house, calling out her mom's name. But she wasn't there… "Where could she be?" Lixi whispered to herself as she opened the fridge and took a cupcake. Maybe I should go to the Hatter's Place. She hesitated on the thought since she wasn't very welcome there. Lixi sighed as she took her cupcake and went on over to the Carter's residence.
