Kerenza whimper and crumples to the ground, breathing kinda heavily.

(Technically you have to hit someone on the head to knock them out…)

John kicked her in the head then went back over to Leon.

(It's fine…I love writing drama and scary, mystery stories)

Kerenza had been trying to stand up as she crumples to the ground again, her eyes closed as falls on her side.

Leon was in his room, he was adding details to the drawing he started before.

Kerenza whimper as she opens her eyes as the world spins around her, as she tries to stand, then crashes to the floor again, knocking down a glass vase.

Leon heard the glass vase drop but didn't say anything as he continued drawing on his arm with tears streaming down his face.

Kerenza whimpers as she stands up again, shaking her head slightly as she walks into Leon's room. "L-Leon…?"

"Yes?" He quickly wiped his tears and didn't look up from his drawing.

Kerenza stumbles over to his bed and lays on it, resting her head on his legs, looking up at him as her vision swims. "What's wrong…?"

Leon looked away, not making eye-contact and rolling down his sleeve to hide the drawing, "Nothing." He lied, his bright purple eyes weren't bright now and they were glassy with tears ready to spill.

Kerenza lifts her hand and places it on his cheek to make him look at him. "Look at me…" Her dark blue eyes seemed watery.

Leon still looked away, he didn't trust himself enough to talk right now so he didn't say anything and managed to smile at her. He didn't want Kerenza, or anyone, to worry about him.

Kerenza pursed her lips and lifts her head up, kissing him. "tell me…"

Leon shook his head, staring at the blank wall next to him as if it was the most interesting thing.

"Leon…" Her voice was hard

He never got choked up, he didn't know what was wrong with himself, "What? what do you want me to say? Do you want me to say that John raped me? if that's what you wanted to hear then there you go, you heard what you needed, now can you leave me alone?" He snapped, his tone wavering as a tear fell down his face.

Kerenza flinches at what he says, but doesn't say anything, sitting up to hug him tightly. "Leon…"

Leon hugged back and quietly cried into her shoulder, "I'm sorry for talking to you like that." He said, hugging her tightly as if she was going to disappear if he lets go.

Kerenza flinches, the bad memories of her father yelling at her going through her mind, as she hugs him back, her voice quiet. "It's ok…"

Leon doesn't say anything and kept hugging her.

Kerenza smiles slightly. "Leon…"

"Yes?" He asked, quickly wiping away his tears.

Kerenza smiles gently and slightly. "You need to remember something Leon…"

Leon tilts his head slightly, "What do you mean?" He asked, confused about what Kerenza was talking about.

"You need to remember that I love you and I'm never going to leave you…we're soulmates remember…?" Kerenza smiles ever so slightly.

"I know, and I'm glad it was you who's my soulmate instead of someone else." He said with a small smile.

Kerenza giggles and laughs, kissing Leon.

Leon chuckled, using both of his arms to support himself as he kissed back.
