Welcome to Jay, a city that was raised from the ashes of the old world! It is the year 2163, and the planet is better than it has been in over 100 years! Or, at least, it's like that in Jay. For over two decades, the people of Jay have lived in peace, oblivious to what's happening to the outside world. But recently, some children have been born with unexplained powers. Nobody knows why. And bombs have started to fall and chaos is reining. And it's up to you, a parentless, powered teen who can't control your ability, to find out whose behind this and stop them before the world is plunged into war-again.

Flaws: A huge pushover, he will do anything for anyone if they ask enough times. Though, with certain people (Cough Declan Cough) he can be stubborn as heck.
