Name: Tor Valin
Age: 20
Gender: Male
Description: His hair is a darker blonde that hangs just above his shoulders. He has a beard of matching color that he keeps trimmed to a reasonable length. His brown eyes are usually warm but also somewhat guarded. He is fairly tall, around 6’ 1’’, and is muscular with a very sturdy frame and build. Those that don't know him are intimidated by his size.
Personality: Tor is a fairly relaxed guy for the most part. He is able to approach most problems with a level head and is usually calm in a crisis. He’s easy to be around and easy to talk to partially because he is a good listener. He’ll listen to anything anyone has to say and do his best to help out. Despite pretending to know the answers to everything, he still has some doubts about what his future holds. Even though he's easy to get along with, he doesn't usually talk much about himself. He is a very different person around his parents.
Wings: His wings start grey toward the top and then fade to white near the bottom.
Magic: Magical Healing, Air/Storm
Family/history: He comes from a fairly high ranking family with lots of magical and political power. His father in particular is frustrated that he’s spending so much time learning magical healing. He has a younger sister who also attends the academy.

Name: Eluciel Levant
Age: 19
Appearance: Eluciel's about 6'1", but weighs less than what he should. His face is a little more defined because of this, his eyes are a deep sort of hazel, and his hair is the shade of dark chocolate. He has light stubble, usually, and his skin is a medium brown color. There's unexplained scars on his arms and long legs that wrap around the limbs, and his gait is slightly unbalanced.
Wings: His feather color range varies, so his wings look like an ombré of caramel and mocha shades from dark at the top to light at the bottom, but they're always made hidden with a charm so no one else can see.
Clothes: He'll always wear clothes that have long sleeves to avoid being asked questions.
Personality: Eluciel is always pretty bipolar. How he acts really depends on how bad of a day he's had, so he usually tries to stay quiet to avoid making it worse. He rushes head-on into fights carelessly, avoids battling with others, and has been called easily distractible and lazy by several of his past teachers because he zones out during class. He's not a troublemaker or "bad boy", but he does act more on his own personal instinct than instruction.
Magic: Light and Ground (Earth)
Family and History: His parents sent him to school after an accident that kept him locked up in the house for almost a year. It's his first year at the school. He tries to do decently, but is more preoccupied than he'd like to admit. His three little siblings like to call him El.
Other: He doesn't like people staring at him.

I'm probably gonna make both of mine a year younger than they are currently… That'll work better I think.

Do you want me to reveal what his original backstory was going to be? I've changed it a lot since then, so it's barely close to the same at all. It might help convince you that he's not a complete jerk, though.

Haha yeah sure if you want to.

He was originally going to have blinded one of his best friends by getting in a battle with a dangerous person (a fire elemental or something), which is where he would've gotten his scars, but the thing now I think is a little sadder and more in depth.

Oooh nice. Neither of mine have particularly traumatic backstories. That'll change for Tor. I don't know about Ivaline. I'm kind of having second thoughts about using her. Well, I really just want to have like a million characters like I usually do, but I'm trying to resist, haha.

Yeah, the other character I'm considering is kind of too much like Tor but I think she'd work better with Eluciel. I'll think on it.

Eluciel needs someone to get his anger out with. If that's Ivaline, then it'll work fine. What I'm picturing rn for the start of this is:

• Eluciel argues with the

• Eluciel argues with the Flight Class teacher, and either Tor or Ivaline comes over to try and either end or solve it; Eluciel gets mad at whoever it is and sits out the rest of class, and then they go to the project class (probably Basic Magic Training or something), where everyone is forced to do a project together

Yeah, I was waiting to see what their character(s) was like. I also think that if it's Ivaline and Eluciel in Flight Class together, maybe Robin's character(s) could be making friends with Tor?
