So I have Tris and gonna make an OC soon.

Ok! No rush, but please post your characters ASAP if you have not already done so that we can get the roleplay started.

(I'll post the other one later, I'm on and off.)

(That's fine)

(I'll start the roleplay, but people can still join until when and if I decide to close it - like I said before, I probably won't close it but if you join later, you'll have to figure out how your character weeds into the roleplay.)

Monique checked her appearance in the bathroom mirror once more before heading with her mother and father to the Hub for the Choosing Ceremony. She was dressed in a tight royal blue dress that made her fiery hair stand out brightly against the drab gray streets. She had her hair slicked back and pulled into a tight bun, mimicking the strict look of her mentor and leader, Jeanine Matthews. She knew what her choice was, she'd always known. And her Aptitude Test results confirmed it: Erudite.

@Ervie

(Guys, I think I'm going to have to drop out. I thought that I could pull this off but obviously I can't because though I know a lot about the Divergent series I've never actually read the books…)

Scarlett slipped into her favorite red dress, enjoying the feel of the soft fabric against her skin. She let her hair flow loose on her shoulders, knowing that it would be the last time. Her aptitude results had told her to choose Abnegation, so that’s what she was going to do. Transfer out of Amity. Scarlett climbed into the truck taking her and the other 16-year-olds to the Choosing Ceremony.

Monique's heels clicked across the gray asphalt. She watched the pattern and began an intricate stepping pattern to avoid stepping on the lines. When a shadow fell across her path, she stopped and looked up. Jeanine Matthews stood there, her arms crossed and a smirk stretched across her lips.
~~~~~JEANINE~~~~~
"Good morning, Miss Veda. May I speak to you alone please?" Jeanine asked the girl.
Scarlett savored the bumps in the road and the smell of the dew on the tree leaves. The Amity compound grew smaller and smaller in the distance, until it was no more than a smudge on the horizon. Scarlett sat down and pulled her knees to her chest, not noticing when they first hit the city limits.
@CWTurtleOfFreedom
(Just intro your character)
Jayden moved her blonde hair behind her ear, fidgeting in the seat.
"Uh… sure. I mean, yes Ms. Matthews," Monique said, running a hand over her hair. Jeanine smiled, gesturing to an empty side street. Monique followed her gaze and the pair stepped into the alleyway.
"You're choice will be Erudite, correct?" Jeanine now fixed her with a hard gaze. Monique swallowed, then nodded fiercely.
"Of course, Ms. Matthews."
"Good. We'll continue your sessions tonight then?"
"Yes, Ms. Matthews."
Jeanine wrapped an arm around Monique's shoulders and lead her out of the dark and towards the Hub. "I knew you wouldn't disappoint me."
Adrik jumped up from doing his morning workout, quickly showering and getting dressed.
He ran out into the pit, meeting up with his friends before the choosing ceremony.
Lydia laughed with her companions before heading to the choosing ceremony. Although they had all grown up together, Lydia never felt affection for any of them. As one of these people complimented Lydia's choice of clothing, which consisted of a white tank top and black leggings, (https://www.pinterest.com/pin/507640189219652553/) Lydia couldn't help but quietly judge the girl's own clothes. "You know, I think a black skirt and white long sleeved blouse would have looked way better on you," Lydia said to the girl, who, in return, looked at the ground.
Lydia tried to wipe the guiltiness from her mind, because she was a Candor. That is what they did. If only she wasn't a Candor.
Adrik ran ahead of his friends, easily jumping onto the train as it sped by, helping a friend up a friend afterwards. He stared out the door, watching as the blurs of blue, white,grey and red go by, his arms crossed over his chest.
Monique and Jeanine separated when Monique took her place among the other 16-year-olds who would be choosing. Jeanine squeezed her shoulder and smiled warmly. "See you soon," she said confidently and strolled off.
Once the train arrived, Adrik easily jumped off, walking into the building and standing to the side, his arms crossed as he leaned against the walls. He had decided he would leave early so he could help the transfers from the net.
@CWTurtleOfFreedom
Scarlett eased out of the truck and walked stiffly over to the building that would hold the Ceremony, her palms sweaty with nerves.
His dark brown eyes scanned the room, watching the nervous teens, only a few years younger than him, sit with their friends, and families. He smiled, remembering his choosing ceremony.
(Que le flashback)
A short, scrawny boy ran in behind his fellow dauntless-born friends, sitting down next to his father he stared at all four bowls, waiting patiently for his turn, until-
'Adrik Gethen'
He walked down the stairs, past his friends and the other faction-members, until he was on stage. Taking the knife in his hand, he admired it, before cutting the palm of his hand open, and moving it towards the bowls. Erudite? Ha Ha no. Candor? He lied like, a lot. Abnegation? Yeah right. Amity? As if. Reaching over and sticking his hand over the bowl of hot coals, he gave it a little shake, the blood pouring from his hand and into the container, creating a 'sizzle' sound, and the happy yells of his faction. Smirking, the boy in all black turned, his confidence coming back when he saw his father-and superior- nod in approval.
@JustAPandaWithALife
As they were walked into the Ceremony, Lydia and the group she was walking with all dispersed, finding their seats. She started wringing her hands once she sat down, nervous for the choosing. She remembered what her test said: Dauntless. But tons of people don't choose what their test recommended, right?
Lydia just knew that she wanted to get out of Candor.
She wasn't intelligent, so Erudite was out of the question.
She wasn't selfless at all, so Abnegation was a no for her.
She wasn't kind all the time, so Amity would not be good for her.
She knew she couldn't be honest all the time, because sometimes the guilt was too much. Candor wasn't even an option for her.
That only left Dauntless. The brave. The bold. The people who scared her. How could they all be so daring? Why did it look like so much fun?
Jayden sat down, constantly adjusting her hair. She was nervous, even though she’s knew exactly which faction was she going to pick. Dauntless. Home for the brave.
She’d Be near the middle, which was good. Not first, not last.
The Ceremony began to start. Since the Choosing went from Z-A, Monique would go first. Jeanine would conduct the Ceremony this year since it had been four years since the last time that she had. Monique tried to listen, but ended up zoning out until Jeanine called out, "Monique Veda!" Monique's hands quivered as she approached the bowls, so she clasped them together in a very professional way. Jeanine handed her the knife, a look of expectation and certainty gracing her face. Monique cut her palm, grimacing for a second at the pinching pain, and let her blood drop into the Erudite bowl, giving the water a tinted shade of pink. Jeanine's grey eyes dilated with pride.
