Adrik nodded, turning around and motioning them to follow him.

"Yeah." He said, not really wanting to open up about himself with initiates, somebody who could actually fail then get kicked out, he made that mistake once, he didn't want to do that again.

"Where do you want it?" He asked, making sure all of his equipment and work area was clean.

@JustAPandaWithALife

"My left shoulder," Lydia said, noticing he wasn't much of a talker.

Monique's eyes scanned the article. It was about the reasons behind a mass exodus of Abnegation children.
"Do you like it?" Jeanine asked. Monique offered the tablet back to her.
"It's wonderful," she replied. "What are we going to do with it?"
"Print it onto flyers to hang up around the city," Jeanine replied, putting the tablet away quickly.
Monique nodded in agreement, "I should probably be going now. Back with the other initiates."
"Of course," Jeanine nodded, standing up to escort her back.
"I'm fine. I want to stop by the library on my way back and look at something. I wouldn't want to hinder you," she added. Jeanine simply nodded and Monique left the room.

Adrik nodded, motioning for her to sit on the chair. Once she sat down he followed her lead, and settled down on a rolling chair, grabbing a pair of gloves and slipping them on as he grabbed the sanitizing wipes. He rolled up her sleeve so it would stay up, and began to wipe it down.

"I gotta do the stencil first.." He said, picking up his supplies as he began.

"Okay, fine with me," Lydia said. She sat on the chair calmly, but looked at her instructor while he started working. So, if he trains the initiates and works at the tattoo parlor, what other Dauntless jobs were there, she thought. She looked over at Jayden, who was watching her. She smiled.

She grinned back, before flipping through the design book again.

Monique entered the dormitories whet Erudite-borns stayed. She recognized a blonde girl from her old English class, Tinnitia, another girl from Human Sciences, Sophronia, and a boy from Latin, Jackob.

(Coolio 😎)

Name: Julianna Server
Age: 16
Appearance: Long dark gold hair, blue eyes, looks like one of those cliche high school girls in stories who are always the mean kids :P
Personality: Was a popular kid, kinda. Kind, pretty, general words you'd use to describe her. But she's only ever wanted to be called smart, because she was smart. But no one ever seemed to notice it.
Faction: Born Amity, chose Erudite

Monique relaxed, for what felt like the first time in days. "Monique Veda." An announcement. 3 beeps. Jeanine's office.
"Monique," Jeanine said once Monique had a seat, "no one that I have is free, so will you do me a favor and show the new initiates around? The transfers."
" Of course, Jeanine, " Monique said. She nodded and left.

Julianna had already changed her clothes and now watched herself in the mirror. She didn't exactly look the way she wanted to. It's the hair, she mused. Maybe I should cut it.

Monique appeared in the doorway to the transfers dormitory. "Anybody who wants a tour, come with me. If you don't, no excuses for being lost on the first day. Understand?"

A few initiates nodded, one said yes, and a few others stared blankly. Julianna got up and moved by the door.

Monique hardly waited for the initiates to follow her as she bounded down the steps to the main floor library.

She followed the girl who was moving quickly and purposely. “Where are we going?” She asked.

"The library on the main floor. There are several smaller libraries further up, but this one is the largest," Monique replied. "Then we'll go to the labs that initiates will use, the study room, the cafeteria, the lounge, and if we have time, we can go to the higher level labs."

“Cool,” she said, eyes shining. “What do we do in the lab?”

Monique reached the bottom of the stairs and turned around. "We use a variety of complex materials and byproducts to reach conclusions about the immunotoxin-like vaccines that we inject into citizens of the city at various times like Dauntless fear simulations and Aptitude Tests to create alternate realities inside the brain that are programmed to respond to the person's mental decisions."

“Like, your very own world?”

"Precisely," Monique said, "and it's a struggle within your brain's frontal lobe and your amygdalae to overcome the vivid simulation! Brilliant, no?"

“I don’t understand why you’d want to leave it,” she said dreamily. “Your own world sounds fascinating.”

"Yes, but there are many flaws," Monique replied, shaking her head sadly. Her fiery curls bounced around her face. "As I said, this is the main library," she said, gesturing around. She lead the girl over to the portrait of her superior that hung on the opposite wall. "This is our brilliant leader, Jeanine Matthews. She has the highest Intelligence Quotient of the entire city that was ever recorded!" Monique gazed at the portrait with longing. "She's a genius."
