Jack Peter sighed but listened, he backed off and continued cleaning up before the others got back

Jack Peter finished cleaning the floor and put away his Frost stuff that was thrown across the floor in his room and returned pulling on his latex gloves that hid his fingertips which always looked slightly frostbitten especially after he used his powers,

Jack Peter decided take a second to collect his thoughts, he didn't want to rush questions onto Cyrus or Ivy. He walked out into the hall to find Cressida leaning against the wall "Oh hey"

"Hiya" She offered a small wave, adjusting her sunglasses to better hide her eyes. "How's it going?"

"Good, are you locked out of your dorm?" He asked wondering why she was standing outside her dorm

"Nah, I just needed some space. What about you?"

"yeah me too" he replied leaning against the wall across from her

"Hey, did you see what happened on the news today? With the heroes and everything?"

She turned her phone around to show him the screen. On it were various news headlines, one saying: GOLDEN: MISSING IN ACTION ((bear with me I'm terrible at coming up with headlines)).
