As Dezi was walking around, he happened on this conversation between Alex and Roscoe and was intrigued. He pretended to be occupied with other things, but he was still eavesdropping. What he heard could be potentially dangerous, and he was debating whether to let someone know that there was unrest among employees.
"These creatures, though artificially developed, deserve a chance to live like normal creatures on this earth. Why would any one want to use it against them?" He muttered
"I don't know," Ale sighed quietly as they pet Oscura's back, "I don't know."

Dezi eventually stopped trying to appear occupied and was simply listening in. They were totally right, but this stupid company had promised him more of a future than he could have ever hoped for, and he would hate to see it crumble.
Ros heard someone yelling his name from somewhere in the lab and stood up, holding Acyn in his arms like a baby. "Let put you in your nest." He smiled, taking her to a small hammock type felt bed and putting her down. "Duty calls." He smiled and did a two finger salute, leaving the nursery. Once he came out, he realized that Dezi was standing near there and paled a little. He stiffly walked away from him and went to his desk.

Dezi’s posture stiffened, and he just waved at Roscoe as he passed by, trying to act not horribly suspicious.
He went back to the other side of the lab and quietly worked.
Alex was on dragon duty today. So they stayed in the pen just watching the dragons bounce around while taking observations.
Roscoe saw smoke coming from one of his experiments and ran over, panicking. "Lara! Why did you touch it!" He groaned, looking one of the assistants as she set down a now empty test tube. "I-I thought it was supposed to go in there." She whined. Roscoe cursed and picked up the beaker, taking it to the failed experiments locker when he saw a small organism form from the result of the mixture. He brought it back to his table and looked at the girl. "Lara, what does the test tube say?" He asked slowly. "TB2LB5 with a couple warning signs." Roscoe sighed and set the beaker down before taking the texture and putting it in his personal collection before rushing to find Alex.
Alex was still with the dragons. It was always strange because her sheets called the dragons by humber but they knew all of the dragons by name. Thankfully she had moved on from the nursery to some of the more mature dragons to run some tests with them.

Personality: Bolt is very energetic and loves showing off athletically and is either very friendly or very grumpy (depending on the weather). Shimmer is more calm, comparatively, but is very protective and defensive
Appearance/s: Bolt is a midnight blue with dark gray undertones and Shimmer is a solid gunmetal gray, almost looking like a living sculpture.
Habits: Bolt will try to get anything sugary or stick his head in a cup of coffee, occasionally roars back at a thunderstorm. Shimmer loves testing what is breakable and what is eatable, also if there is any form of strong heat Shimmer will lay on it.
Aelia ran into the nursery, late, She was researching some stuff for her internship and ended up falling asleep while working. However, as soon aa she say Sidus, she smiled brightly. Sidus excitedly ran into her arms, playfully batting at her clothes. Aelia laughed, "Sidus! I need to work! I'll play with you during break, I promise!" She gave the dragon a last hug and made sure she didn't follow her out of the nursery or into the Lab. She laughed to herself, softly, thinking about SIdus. The little dragon really did make her day better.

”Bolt! Get down from there before I have to get your harness!” Hannah instructed the young storm Dragon, who was sitting happily on top of a very tall cabinet. She sighed seeing her little trouble maker wasn't going to budge easily. ”At least Shimmer isn't misbehaving.” she muttered looking around for a way to solve her current problem. ”Hey, Lana? Can you help me out?” she asked of the other girl.

Roscoe ran into the nursery looking for Alex. "Alex? Where are you?" He said, running inside, looking behind play structures.

Alex walked backed into the nursery with a new set of charts, "Yeah what's up?"
"You remember the experiment I was working on? The one where i was trying to naturally merge two types of DNA togather?" He asked her with wild eyes. "Well one of the assistants accidentally added the liquid from a test tube into my mixture and made it a success. They added the TB2LB5." He said. TB2LB5 or 2 parts Tyrannosaurus Bone with 5 part Lizard Blood was a fairly sacred mixture in the lab considering how hard it was to combine successfully. A total of 2 litres existed in this lab and Roscoe just used up 30ml.
"It did?" Alex looked up at Roscoe with slightly happy and excited eyes. They were ecstatic about finding a new combination, but at the same time, it worried her that it worked, "That's amazing! But it shouldn't mix. I had run computer tests and it wasn't working on any of those."
"Well I added a bit of mercury to the formula and heated it before adding powdered ruby shards and calcite shavings. I guess the mercury reacted with the formula. I was just about to take it to the microscope and check out the cells. Wanna come with?" He asked
"Hell yeah!" Alex said with a grin, "Mind if I take a sample too to get the nitty gritty stuff?"
"Be my guest." He grinned, walking out if the nursery and back to his table where he picked up the beaker and put a special lid on it before taking it to a specially created light microscope. It worked like a regular one did but used light to give much more specific data.
Alex grinned and followed after. She, they?, was excited to find out what happened to cause something that never seemed to work to be one of the few that combined. They were also happy to find out Roxcoe would let her take a sample.
Roscoe put his eye to the lens and gasped. "The cells are perfect, they are dividing and modling themselves naturally! How is this possible?" He muttered
Alex nudged him a little, "Let me see. And if I can have that sample now I might be able to tell ya."
