Dystopian Rp (Closed)

Oof I'm nervous…
After years and years of world wars and dictators, the world has finally collapsed. No one is safe anymore. Laws have been shut down, law enforcers have been killed, cities burned to the ground, and prisoners have been let loose to run the streets. Its a FFA world of kill or be killed. No one ever lives in one spot for too long in fear of being found by rouges. Many scrounge around in ruined towns for scraps. But hope glimmers in the near distance. Word has spread of a safe haven near where the state of Delaware once was. Many have started to migrate their way there. But is this safe haven a hoax? Is it real? No one knows, but all grasp onto the small strand of hope.

Rules:
No IRL hate
No controlling others peoples characters (unless they give their consent)
OC only
LGBTQ+ is welcomed with open arms
Please use quotation marks when your character is speaking and parenthesis when you are talking
Don't make your character over powers
Don't make your character the center of attention
There will be fight scenes: don't dodge or block every attack and let the person you are attacking CHOOSE to be hit or block
Please use proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation

Name: Jensen Evans
Age: Twenty-seven
Gender: Male
Sexuality: Bisexual
Personality: A major chaotic neutral who cares largely for himself and those close to him. He's big on negotiation and has little fighting capability, except for a few taekwondo lessons when he was thirteen. Jensen talks a lot, nearly always in a casual, nonchalant tone, and he's a bit odd to those who don't know him. Hell, he's odd to those who do. Before the collapse of the world as we knew it, Jensen was big on fashion and nonconformity, not to mention his pride of the local paper he'd been a 'reporter slash editor' for.
Appearance: (okay so i created him on a different site where we need real people as faceclaims, so i used an artist i like called børns)
Background: In terms of college, he was in it for about a year before he got bored of having the same classes all the time. So he stopped showing up to them, instead dropping in on whatever class he found most interesting that day. By doing so, he learned a lot. He also made friends and took turns sleeping in their dorms, borrowing their different textbooks when they were asleep to learn more. Jensen is a huge manipulator, and he's incredibly clever when it comes to getting things he wants. Usually stories, since he's a pretty well-known journalist. Of course, that means he's made enemies over the years, but he has his friends to help him out of sticky situations. On the off chance he doesn't have anyone to help him out, he'll try his best to talk himself out of it, and if that doesn't work, he's screwed, seeing as he has next to no physical capability. Even though he constantly seems to forget this, and unintentionally starts fights with people way stronger than him.
Weapon(s): A pistol he keeps tucked in his waistband.
Supplies: He has a backpack full of food, water, a few extra clothes and ammunition.
Likes: Socialising with people, swimming, long walks through nature (though not as much since he's started doing that for survival), writing.
Dislikes: Senseless arguing, violence, being reminded that he might never be able to settle down again somewhere.
Tattoos/Markings/Scars: Very few at the moment, the most noticeable being a thin scar across the back of his hand.
Pets: None
Talents: Great at public speaking, negotiating his way out of trouble, writing, sketching faces.
Flaws: Magnet for trouble, oblivious when it comes to people trying to kill him, overly sentimental at times, and he's awful at judging a person's character.

Name: Storm Vex

Gender: Male
Sexuality: Asexual
Personality: Storm isn't really a fighter and would rather watch from the sidelines. He isn't very strong but is a bigmouth. He is a very sarcastic person and be a bit much at times. He is fairly independent, always moving along by himself, but lately he has been lonely and doesn't want to admit it. His curiosity gets a strong grip on him sometimes and it makes him seem reckless.
Appearance: He has this shortish chocolate brown hair that looks pretty messy (because he usually cuts it), hazel eyes, tan skin, lightly muscled, and 6'0. His normal outfit would consist of plain t-shirts, torn jeans, hiking boots, and sometimes a jacket…if he can find one. The only valuable things that he still holds dearly to him are the two wedding rings from his parents. He wears them on both ring fingers.
Background: When Storm was 12 someone came into his house and shot both his parents and his baby sister. When his parents died he went to his friend, Roy, only to learn that Roy's parents had been murdered as well. Storm and Roy were on their own for a little over six years when someone shot and killed Roy. Out of pure anger Storm started to bite and hit the person who shot Roy. Storm got a hold of the shooters gun and killed him with it. That was Storms first and last kill. He promised to himself he would never kill and never become like the person who killed his parents. Ever since then Storm hasn't had anyone, he was too scared to get close to someone just to loose them again.
Weapon(s): A large knife and a SCAR-L with only two bullets left.
Supplies: Has a backpack with old bandages and antiseptic, a notebook for drawing, a pair of scissors, a small pouch with his two bullets, a half full water bottle, a couple granola/protein bars, and a couple pencils.
Likes: Drawing, when someone appreciates his sarcasm, scrounging large cities for supplies, animals, and music (which is hard to find)
Dislikes: Loud noises, bugs, any rouges, people who don't know how to be stealthy, the dark, and the ocean.
Tattoos/Markings/Scars: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/129760032993161847/ he has this tattoo under his hairline on the back of his neck. Roy tattooed this on Storm trying to help him overcome his fear of the dark.
Pets: None
Talents: Being stealthy, being strong for others, drawing, and quick.
Flaws: Sarcastic, not strong at all, easily angered, fear of the dark, has a hard time ever getting close to people, doesn't have good aim, and knows little fighting of any kind.

Personality: shy, wary, skittish (you get the picture), doesn't trust herself, appears detached and bored most of the time but she is actually very attentive and attuned. Not very sensitive, can be quite blunt, SARCASTIC
Appearance: perpetually lightly flushed cheeks, otherwise pale, long black hair she is constantly flicking out of her face, dark wash jeans, black combat boots, blue-grey hoodie the color of sea glass, eyes the color of quicksilver
Background: She tried to protect her family from the rogues, but they were killed one night; they had left Azalane at their camp alone (she was ten when they died). She snuck out of the house and has been surviving decently well on her own (i mean she's not dead yet so like)
Weapon(s): Jagged knife she keeps in her sleeve, throwing knives tucked into her belt, and a dagger in her right boot.
Supplies: black MCR backpack with weapons, fruit snacks she steals from run-down gas stations, other gas-station crap, batteries, flashlight
Likes: not socializing, standing in the corner watching, ice cream, singing
Dislikes: the color pink, seaweed, annoying people, chatty people
Tattoos/Markings/Scars: tribal cat tattoo on her left wrist, scar on her neck from a bullet

Appearance: Probably around 5'8. Wavy/Curly black hair that's up to her lower back, but there are some days where her hair is a bit straighter. Rich brown eyes with black ring that kinda fades into grey, they look light brown/gold under direct light. Weapon(s): A small dagger in her right boot, a gun with a silencer, and a knuckle duster
Supplies: She has a brown backpack with many small hidden pockets so she has a lot of stuff. For example, water bottles, around two first aid kits, flashlights, batteries, all the food she has found over time (that she hasn't eaten yet), another set of clothes, ammunition, some other weapons, a actual model of her wand, and a compass
Likes: Music, food, books, her friends, drawing (sometimes)
Dislikes: Jerks, science, talking to strangers, liars, mean people
Tattoos/Markings/Scars: She was stitches right above her left eyebrow from before when the world collapsed. She also has this, and this which she had gotten with her friends (who are dead now). Also, instead of having the Elder Wand tattooed, they all had their own wands tattooed on the inside of their middle fingers. After the war, she has gotten many more tiny cuts and bruises from fights and from trying to escape fights.
Pets: None
Talents: Stealthiness, persuading people to give her or do anything for her, being quiet when walking, and has photographic memory
Flaws: Too loyal and forgiving to her friends, being a bit too sarcastic at times, and a bit afraid of the dark
