The large island nation of Querencia is a Nationalist's paradise. The President, Iris Cheng-Robinson, has spent the past 5 years of her reign converting the 3rd world nation into a world superpower, complete with a stable commerce and the world's most efficient and advanced military.
Well, her daughter did.
Euphoria Cheng, 19, is grouped into the nation's most discriminated against people group, the Ferrous, and is therefore considered an embarrassment to her own mother, and was completely unknown until it was discovered that she was a tactics powerhouse. Euphoria (my character) currently attends private school wth her friends (y'all's characters), who have a plan to revolt against President Iris.
